Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 14 meter by 14 meter by 14 meter steel box. Cameras must be placed inside on each wall. No windows or spaces are allowed in any facility used to contain SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX's containment facility is not to be opened by any personnel at any time unless deemed necessary by the site director.
In the case of a containment breach, all on-site personnel are to be questioned about their name. Any personnel that fail to give their name or go by "Me" must be placed in SCP-XXXX's containment chamber. If these personnel do not revert back to SCP-XXXX-1 or one of these personnel is not found then any nearby settlements are to be searched. Any personnel or civilians that are classified as SCP-XXXX-2 will be considered dead and thus will be told to any it may concern. SCP-XXXX-2 has not shown any resistance to being put back in containment, just pleading and crying until it reverts back to SCP-XXXX-1.
If any personnel happen to make eye contact with SCP-XXXX-1, they are to be kept in a group at all times. When SCP-XXXX-1 makes eye contact, it is capable of escaping most cages in an unknown manner.
Description: SCP-XXXX in it's regular state (classified as SCP-XXXX-1) is a pale humanoid figure. Indents on the entity's face are placed where the eyes and mouth should be on a human. The entity stands around 1.5 meters tall. When the entity has chosen a target it's height and size will change to that of the target. After SCP-XXXX-1 transforms into it's target, it is classified as SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX-1 when it makes eye contact with a human, selects that human as it's target. SCP-XXXX-1 then stalks it's target until it finds the target alone, where it proceeds to kill and mostly consume the target. After SCP-XXXX-1 hides the body, it transforms to be it's target, where it is then in SCP-XXXX-2 state. SCP-XXXX-2 will try to take on the role of being the target.
Whenever SCP-XXXX is questioned regarding it's name, it will only reply saying that it is "me". All reports indicate that SCP-XXXX will not respond to any other name, and has never gone by any other name.
Addendum - Sometimes SCP-XXXX-1 when in it's containment cell will often put it's face in the camera and remain still. This is regular and should not be alarming. It cannot see through it and is suspected to be curious or understands what the camera is and is trying to see someone.
