Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is located in Site-███ heavy containment zone. SCP-4XXX is kept within a heavily fortified humanoid cell deprived of any electronic equipment. This includes cameras, wires, lighting, and so fourth. The only way to monitor SCP-4XXX is by looking through a two way glass frame that is 10 meters above SCP-4XXX’s containment cell, reason why the glass is not on the side of SCP-4XXXs cell is due to multiple instances where SCP-4XXX phased through the two way glass. During testing, researchers are to be above SCP-4XXXs cell in the viewing area at all times until the end of the test. Authorization for testing on SCP-4XXX is to be put through head researcher Dr.X.

Description
SCP-4XXX is a bright hazy humanoid figure approximately 5.9 meters tall being described as bright, blurred lines. SCP-4XXX was brought to the foundations attention when reports of an unknown bright figure running across multiple power lines was sighted in ████, Japan. SCP-4XXX was apprehended by MTF-Gamma 5 and was then sent to Site-███ on 4/3/██. SCP-4XXX can transfer electricity into itself, how SCP-4XXX uses electricity varies from a simple electric bolt to be thrown to [DATA EXPUNGED]. What SCP-4XXX’s organic material is remains unknown, previous tests to physically get tissue samples of SCP-4XXX resulted in a bright blinding light. This caused multiple researchers and security to have colorblind sight or go completely blind. At the end of the test either the subject would have multiple fourth degree burns along his/her facial area or, the subject would disintegrate into a pile of ash.
SCP-4XXX can communicate by technological means but verbal communication seems to be impossible.(see Interview-4XXX-TC for more details).SCP-4XXX is to be closely monitored by all available Combative Personnel whenever SCP-4XXX is being tested or interviewed.
