containment:
SCP-4103 is to be contained in a standard containment room for humanoids with a room of 5m x 6m room. with security four normal containment cameras. it has an attached bed, small closet and shower to clean and cloth itself. it does however at times request books, these include science fiction novels or some by H.P Lovecraft, some cards, and drawing pads (with pens or pencils). it can watch TV of current news and reports but does not seem to desire to do so.
SCP-4103's room should be locked at all times however two or more staff members must check the door for any wear or tampering every couple week due to SCP-4103 sometimes becoming restless. SCP-4103 enjoys all human contact and is very shy to new subjects who enter its containment, however, will slowly calm down and will chat with them about the facility and ask questions about some of the other scps that are classified as safe.
If by any reason SCP-4103 is trying to get out of containment or has breached containment, it is to be taken by a staff member it knows back to its containment safely and calmly.
Description:
SCP- is a young male, standing at about 5.72 inches and weighs 103 lbs at the age of 19. it was born with a birth defect that made its body and bone structure very thin and frail. its skin around its face is very thin and tight around its skull, showing signs of trauma and scars covering its neck. its cheeks are almost nonexistent but can still move its mouth without any difficulty or pain. its eyes are sunken mostly into its eye sockets, giving it the effect of a corpse. it's eye sight is normal considering them looking like its blind. the one distinct trait of SCP- is its lack of nose, showing the skull park of where the subjects nose should be, this however does not seem to prohibit its smell at all.
Aside from its unusual malnourished form and thin body structure, SCP- is still able to function properly as a normal human, able to eat properly without any signs of struggle and has been very cooperative. its blood shows no signs of any problems when tested and neither does its skin which is a light grey color.
SCP-4103 was recovered in an alleyway in ████████████, after local rumors of the town had circulated of an undead being stealing their food and drinking water had caught the attention of the foundation. the foundation caught what they thought was a creature of unknown origin until it started begging not to be hurt in anyway and merely wanted food and shelter.
when it was first recovered, SCP-4103 was very unresponsive to any type of tests, mostly going into the left corner of the room and staying there until offered food. counseling and therapy sessions once per-week have helped the subject’s mental stability more each time.

it has come to our attention that some of the female and male staff have taken a liking to SCP-4103, although we must say that you not get to attached to the subject as we do not want too much affection towards it. -Dr. Kramer
