Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained within Site-67. Any trespassers are to be administered Class-A amnestics. The plant life within SCP-XXXX's chamber is to be maintained regularly. Observation rooms are to be constructed within said chamber, disguised as houses, buildings or boats. Personnel entering SCP-XXXX's chamber are to advised to wear civilian clothes, and any military-grade equipment are not allowed, otherwise, must be hidden. SCP-XXXX is to be observed regularly, and any change in it's "mood" or "mannerisms" must be reported immediately to any Site Director in duty. SCP-XXXX must never go near the perimeter, and it must be escorted back farther away from the perimeter.
Any personnel entering SCP-XXXX are to be supplied with a GPS tracker, a flashlight, multiple rolls of string or photoluminescent stickers, multiple door stoppers and a chestpiece connected to a reeling machine, with extensions ready on the side (refer to Equipment Guide-XXXX for more information), and must be advised to not close any doors.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a house, approximately 13m in height and 11m in length and width. There are no clear sign of when SCP-XXXX was built, with it's physical appearance suggesting to be fairly recently, contradicting to reports dating back to ████. Any damage done to SCP-XXXX will "repair" on it's own, generally taking at least 3 days. SCP-XXXX is sentient and is able to communicate in Morse code, using a "horn" within the uppermost part of the house, making smoke in the process. SCP-XXXX is shown to be friendly and benevolent, often telling personnel about it's fond memories. SCP-XXXX is also capable of movement, using it's stilts similarly to a quadruped. This movement is slow, however, only reaching speeds of 5-7kph. SCP-XXXX will attempt to follow researchers near it, attempting to convince them to stay and talk. For very "special" situations, according to SCP-XXXX, it will create a cup filled with a dark, steaming liquid, open the front door, and slide it through. SCP-XXXX calls the liquid "tea", however, the contents of the liquid does not match any plant life known to man. Subjects describe the taste "strange", "makes me wanna puke" or [REDACTED].
If SCP-XXXX detects danger, most notably military equipment, it will appear to "autopilot", sprinting to the nearest human and ramming them, causing extreme blunt trauma and destruction of property. SCP-XXXX's speed also increases during this stage, now reaching speeds up to 80kph. After 5 minutes, SCP-XXXX turns back to normal, with no memory of it's previous episode.
When entered through any door, subjects will enter SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is the Non-Euclidian interior of SCP-XXXX, consisting of hallways, staircases, libraries and other rooms, with more rooms still undiscovered, and can only be entered through SCP-XXXX. The first room encountered within SCP-XXXX-1 is the "hub" room, consisting of 4 doorways, with a door similar to the front door as the entrance point. Subjects will always enter this room, despite not entering through the front door. Subjects exiting the room will always exit through the front door. All doorways except for the entrance point have the anomalous ability to change or create rooms when closed, effectively removing all progress done on that specific doorway. Studies show that there is a small amount of predictability to this anomalous effect, but these events only occur very rarely. SCP-XXXX-1's interior have designs similar to the Victorian era of architecture, with a few exceptions (see Exploration Logs). All of the discovered rooms show high resilience. However, there are rooms with anomalous abilities, such as the so-called "Gallery Room", among others (see Exploration Logs).
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was discovered in ███████ ████, Maine, after a field agent was reported missing.
