Description: SCP-XXXX is a female humanoid of unknown ethnicity in her early twenties, 169 cm in height and 54 kg in weight, with brown eyes and brown hair. SCP-XXXX is known to have an abnormally high healing ability (See Addendum XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX seems to not need any sustenance. Other than that, SCP-XXXX appears to be a normal human being without any health problems.
Although brain scans show normal brain activity similar to normal human thinking, SCP-XXXX has never shown any signs of sapience. Since the time of containment, SCP-XXXX only spent its time sitting in a fetal position in its containment. SCP-XXXX has never reacted or responded to any phenomenon occurring around her.
Addendum XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX was contained on 06/02/20██, following an incident related to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was found in the middle of a collapsed building that was demolished by a terrorist group in Gombak, ████████, ████████. The subject was sitting in a fetal position with no wounds visible and was escorted to Site-17.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained inside a 10 m x 4 m x 10 m chamber, with a 10 cm heat resistant steel plate lined up on the wall inside the chamber. In any case, items manifested inside the chamber, D-Class personnel are sent to retrieve the items inside the containment chamber. Items retrieved must be investigated by Level 2 personnel or higher before brought to the item storage. Should SCP-XXXX breached containment, armed personnel must be dispatched immediately to retrieve and return SCP-XXXX into its containment. No containment procedures are deemed necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a golden-brown pocket teddy bear with a height of 5 cm. SCP-XXXX seems to have lost a bead that represents its right eye and having its left arm nearly torn out. The object is sapient and capable of speech, although how it produces sound is still unknown as it does not appear to have any visible mouth or any organ to do so.
SCP-XXXX can also bring objects in and out from its pocket dimension, hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 appears to be a dimension that consists of an area with open-air that expands infinitely (See Addendum-XXXX-1). The floor inside the dimension seems to mainly consist of soft and strong cotton fibre arranged closely together. To date, item manifestations that have been recorded were:
- A honey pot filled with honey twice its supposedly maximum volume
- A bullet train carriage containing 23 carcasses of a bipedal canine species
- A flower pot holding a fully grown apple tree
- A revolver, resulted in 3 deaths and 4 personnel injured
- Three slices of chocolate cake, each on different coloured plates and was consumed by SCP-XXXX afterwards
- A Japanese [REDACTED], resulted in 3█ deaths
Addendum XXXX-1: A few interviews have been held by Dr F████ in an attempt to gather information from SCP-XXXX.
The interview was carried out on 14/10/20██. The interview was done by Researcher ██████ and was done through a speaker.

Researcher ██████: So, you were never a human?
SCP-XXXX: No. I am just a humble little plush. How can I come from a human?
Researcher ██████: Alright, then when did you learn to bend reality? All those objects you produce?
SCP-XXXX: That's a rather odd question. I thought you scientists observed me. I don't know what do you guys mean by bending realities, but I only need to bring it out from inside my pocket [SCP-XXXX manifested out a small blue ballpoint pen], like that.
Researcher ██████: We didn't notice you did that. Perhaps you did it too quick.
SCP-XXXX: You think so?
Researcher ██████: Are there any reasons why did you produce those items?
SCP-XXXX: That's the second time you ask such a question. I was just bored.
Researcher ██████: You shouldn't have done that. People died when you brought [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX: You should've been more careful. That thing won't kill anyone if you didn't damage it. That was the only thing I have as entertainment.
Researcher ██████: I think our time is up. I'll see you later. I hope you do not make any problems while I am gone.

Approximately 12 hours after the end of the interview, the northwest side of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber exploded. SCP-XXXX managed to reach the entrance gate of Site-██ before it was escorted back into a temporary containment chamber.
The interview was carried out on 15/10/20██. The procedures used are similar to the previous interview.

Addendum XXXX-2: Since 10/11/20██, SCP-XXXX often manifested another object which seems to be another sapient teddy bear, hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-2-A. SCP-XXXX-2-A appears to be a pocket teddy bear, ivory-white in colour. SCP-XXXX-2-A is also sapient and capable of speech, but it is incapable of movement due to itself being half-submerged inside a dark orange-tinted crystal.
SCP-XXXX seems to converse with SCP-XXXX-2-A whenever no one is around. Several conversations between SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2-A has been recorded to gather more information about SCP-XXXX and the latter.

Addendum XXXX-3: Due to an unforeseen incident, SCP-XXXX is deemed and reclassified "Neutralized".
On 09/12/20██, Site-██ exploded and collapsed. 7 minutes after the explosion, SCP-XXXX was seen. [DATA EXPUNGED] manifested in the centre of the explosion crater, 11 meters above the base of the crater. SCP-XXXX is believed to be conversing with [DATA EXPUNGED] and continued to do so for 4 minutes. After that, a wormhole manifested right below [DATA EXPUNGED] and SCP-XXXX walked into it. [DATA EXPUNGED] disappeared together with the wormhole. Site-██ was restored anomalously in 1 minute and 9 seconds, and all personnel that was killed by SCP-XXXX were resurrected. The date was changed to 07/10/20██, which is before SCP-XXXX was found. This document still exists and every memory from the previous 07/10/20██ until the incident is not erased. These are the only proof that SCP-XXXX has actually existed.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be stored in an airtight container and must be monitored daily. Containment must be checked regularly and any flaws found must be fixed as soon as possible. If SCP-XXXX shows a different routine than usual, personnel must report to the assigned researcher. Should any SCP-XXXX-A appear outside of the containment of SCP-XXXX, personnel equipped with airlock hazardous material suit and armed with heat weapon must be sent to terminate SCP-XXXX-A. Traces of dried SCP-XXXX-A must be brought away from SCP-XXXX as soon as possible.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a plastic bucket, 40 cm in height and 30 cm in diameter. The object is fully made out of regular plastic material. SCP-XXXX also appears to be a normal bucket with no irregularities overall. The object will only show its anomalous properties at 11:00 PM every week.
SCP-XXXX will start its active phase at 11:00 PM. At the start of the active phase, SCP-XXXX will be filled with mud via unknown means, and one instance of SCP-XXXX-A will appear from inside SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A is a humanoid entity composed primarily of mud. SCP-XXXX-A will move towards the nearest living person, either by walking or running. The limit of its detection is unknown, but it is known that it can still detect a human at a distance of ██ km. When SCP-XXXX-A touched any living human beings, the part that is in contact will be converted into mud. If SCP-XXXX-A is successful in finding the nearest person, the person will be consumed and fully converted into mud, and SCP-XXXX-A will return to SCP-XXXX, ignoring any humans it encountered along the way.
SCP-XXXX will end its active phase at 3:00 AM. If SCP-XXXX-A failed to consume a living human before the end of its active phase, it will return to SCP-XXXX but it will still attack any humans it encountered along the way. After the active phase ends, SCP-XXXX-A will start to dry out and its speed will decrease over time. In any case that SCP-XXXX-A is fully dried, it will become inanimate, and any attempts in reviving SCP-XXXX-A will not work. A dried SCP-XXXX-A has no anomalous properties, and only appears to be normal soil dust or soil rock until the next cycle. When the next cycle repeats, SCP-XXXX will produce another SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-A will continue its normal routine. If an animate version of SCP-XXXX-A managed to encounter traces of soil dust from a previous SCP-XXXX-A, it will attempt to reach the dust and convert the dust into the original animate version of SCP-XXXX-A by touching the traces of soil dust. This phenomenon doesn't appear to work when SCP-XXXX-A touched normal soil dust. The previous versions of SCP-XXXX-A will still undergo the same cycle, which means that the number of SCP-XXXX-A active will increase if the previous versions are revived.
