Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be kept in a standard human living quarter, at Site ██. SCP-XXXX's cell is to be guarded by two guards. SCP-XXXX is to be fed three times a day. SCP-XXXX is allowed to roam the facility freely during the day.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male of thirteen(13) years of age, with a slightly large build, named ██████ ███████ ███████. It is fluent in Swedish, English and speaks a small amount of Spanish. SCP-XXXX is capable of manipulating and controlling different organic and non-organic objects and organisms. It's abilities are, but not limited to:
- Controlling objects in it's surroundings.
- Manipulating the cellular and anatomical structure of different organisms and objects.
- Granting sapiens to objects through anomalous means.
- SCP-XXXX is capable of teleporting objects and different organisms, but has never transported itself.
SCP-XXXX is also capable of creating anomalous and sapient entities using an array of different objects and organisms. These entities are labeled as SCP-XXXX-X.
Addendum 04/14/20██: SCP-XXXX was first discovered in [REDACTED], Sweden. People reported the disappearance of Mr. ███████ and Mrs. ███████, as well as their two children, and reports of unholy sounds coming from the home of the family. After an MTF-team was sent to the location where they discovered that the interiour of the home was replaced by an empty void. A fetus like organism(later classified as SCP-XXXX) was spoted, it then proceeded to float towards the exit. When the fetus had left the inside of the home it started fluctuating in shape and age before settling on it's current form. SCP-XXXX was questioned about it's origin, but it has stated that it can't remember.
Item #: SCP-XXXX-1

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 must be kept in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m chamber, placed fifty(50) meters underground.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a sapient and passive organism composed of severed limbs, organs and body parts, connected by unknown means. SCP-XXXX-1 is approximately 3 meters in length and 3 meters in width.
SCP-XXXX is capable of locomotion by using the limbs and bodyparts it's made out of and uses them to move. SCP-XXXX is able to communicate using sign language, writing and drawing. SCP-XXXX-1 has been recorded to vocalize, but has only been heard to screech and gurgle.
SCP-XXXX-1 was first discovered in SCP-XXXX chamber. They where playing, what is thought to be, hide and seek, but ultimately failing, as SCP-XXXX-1 is too large to hide in the small chamber.
SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of passing through any solid matter, but is incapable of doing so when placed underground. SCP-XXXX has stated: "He can go through walls, but if there's nothing on the other side he cant pass through."
After discovering SCP-XXXX-1, the 05 council greenlighted an array of experiments to see if SCP-XXXX was capable of creating other anomalous entities.
Item #: SCP-XXXX-2
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-2 is to be kept in a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m chamber. SCP-XXXX-2 must be checked on once every hour to ensure SCP-XXXX-2 is not leaking.
Description: SCP-XXXX was given a grandfather clock to see if he could make the clock anomalous. SCP-XXXX was instructed to give the subject sentients.
SCP-XXXX placed D-████'s organs, flesh and nervous system inside the grandfather clock, creating SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2's organs are still fully functioning and SCP-XXXX-2 interiour(that is seen through the hatch window) have been recorded to budge and move, presumably for trying to escape. It is constantly vocalizing screams and sobbing.
SCP-XXXX-2's heart has stopped on multiple occasions, but will always restart within a few seconds. It is currently unknown why this is.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-4 should be kept in an airtight and soundproof chamber.
Description: SCP-XXXX was given a sheaf of paper. [DATA EXPUNGED]. There was 17 casualties and 12 injured. SCP-XXXX-3 roamed the site for ██ minutes, before being successfully terminated.
The 05 Council have permitted more SCP-XXXX-X experiments as long as the following safety procedures are met:
- There's a protective screen seperating SCP-XXXX-X and SCP-XXXX.
- The cell containing SCP-XXXX-X has several turrets equiped.
- that there are five, heavily armed, guards, guarding the room.
Item #: SCP-XXXX-4
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-4 must be contained in an airtight containment cell. If SCP-XXXX-4 breaches containment it must be lured back into containment by that SCP-XXXX is i the cell.
Description: SCP-XXXX-4 was created during a containment breach at Site ██, caused by the Chaos Insurgency. SCP-XXXX was drastically attempting to recontain all the SCPs with the help of SCP-XXXX-4.
SCP-XXXX-4 is a humanoid entity, composed of lead pipes and large amounts of coal with a large human eye in the center of it's chest. SCP-XXXX-4 is capable of forming tentacle like appendages, made out of copper lines. SCP-XXXX-4 used these to ensnare the SCPs and forced them into there containment cells.
They then proceeded to execute the Chaos agents. Testing has shown that SCP-XXXX-4 is incapable of moving when there's a lack of oxygen.
