Special Containment Procedures: Direct containment of SCP-XXXX is impossible. Any members of the general public who encounter SCP-4625 are not to be given amnestics, but instead, the official cover story relating to SCP-XXXX(see document SCP-XXXX).

Suppression of information pertaining to SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties is to be done by Task Force "Kitten Lovers." This is limited to video evidence of SCP-XXXX's abilites.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a female infant Felis catus, approximately three months of age. Sightings of SCP-XXXX have occurred in numerous cities around the world, including Beijing, Washington DC, Ypsilanti, London, Cairo, and Mecca. Reports of SCP-XXXX are identical in appearance, pitch range, and gender.

When spotted by certain members of the general public, they will automatically try and capture SCP-XXXX. When questioned, their motives are typically related to concern for SCP-XXXX's wellbeing and worry that it will expire unless taken into human custody. There is no indication this is directly related to SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties or a result of it, as all subjects interviewed are noted to display higher than normal empathy. However, all subjects have admitted to referring to SCP-XXXX as "Speedy the Sneak Ninja."

Though exhibiting normal speed, dexterity, and stamina consistent with a three-month-old Felis catus, SCP-XXXX has continually alluded capture. Even when several members of the general public work together, capture of SCP-XXXX has failed. This is despite the fact SCP-XXXX has never once exhibited any anomalous properties that would suggest it could escape from joint attempts to capture it. Roughly six months after SCP-XXXX manifestations occur, any individuals who attempted to capture SCP-XXXX out of concern for its wellbeing will find and adopt a stray kitten, henceforth referred to as SCP-XXXX-A, that are the same age as or younger than SCP-XXXX. Currently, no SCP-XXXX-A instances exhibit any anomalous properties. Foundation personnel who attempted to capture SCP-XXXX have yet to adopt an instance of SCP-XXXX-A.
