Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a 5-digit code safe within site-██ and may only be accessed by level 3 personnel or higher. The code is to be changed every 3 months. SCP-XXXX is only allowed to be accessed once every week for testing purposes; any tests with SCP-914 are to be approved by an 05 council member.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a pillbox which at the time of writing contains four hundred seventy-two pills (472) with 118 sections with each section being labeled with a symbol relating to one of the elements of the periodic table. Each section originally had five pills in each section (Except francium, which was hypothesized to had already been consumed or reacted with oxygen in the air.) when secured by The Foundation.

The pills are similar to store brand vitamin supplements and are to be labeled as SCP-XXX-1A through SCP-XXXX-118E. One of each pill has been analyzed by site researchers to try and identify the ingredients of each pill and was found to be similar to ███████, but having 5g of the active element.

Test XXXX/1A - 8/12/20XX

Subject: D-2392

Procedure: Pill 1A administered orally to D-2392

Results: D-2392 threw up a dark red liquid for ~2.5 minutes, when asked how they felt, responded with "Despite just throwing up, pretty good."

Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1A makes you throw up a dark red liquid. Liquid sent for testing and returned as a mix of blood and muscle tissue. MRI scans showed that all internal organs except the brain were missing. Determined that SCP-XXXX-1A dissolves internal organs which then gets thrown up.

Procedure: Pill 3A administered orally to D-905

Analysis: Similar as Test XXXX/1A & XXXX/2A

Test logs past this point are similar to the three above and it is determined that each of the pills does the same things. During Test XXXX/45A it was discovered that a solid layer of an element will be inside the bodies of D-class who've consumed a pill from SCP-XXXX. See Addendum XXXX/45A734

Addendum XXXX/45A734:
After Test XXXX/45A D-734 tripped on the way back to his holding cell and "burst" open. The body was sent for autopsy and was discovered that a 5mm layer of Rhodium covered the inner surface area of the body. Further autopsies showed that this was a repeated occurrence across all test subjects.
