Special Containment Procedures: The remains of SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B are to be stored in a Low Security Storage Locker at Site-81. The remains of SCP-9999-C are to be stored inside a Low Security Cold Storage Locker at Site-81.
Description: SCP-9999 is the designation for three items, referred to as SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B, and SCP-9999-C. SCP-9999-A was a shipping box from the [REDACTED] Company with the words "Free Kittens" written on one side. SCP-9999-B was an unidentified blanket found inside of SCP-9999-A during recovery. SCP-9999-C was a lion found inside of SCP-9999-A during recovery
SCP-9999-A was capable of materializing SCP-9999-C through unknown means, however, SCP-9999-C would dematerialize if removed from SCP-9999-A alive. SCP-9999-B had no known anomalous features, but was still granted SCP classification due to its discovery inside of SCP-9999-A. SCP-9999-C is theorized to have no anomalous features, but it is possible it's materialization was done by its own will, though highly unlikely.
Discovery: SCP-9999 was recovered in Winchester, Indiana on ██/██/2008 after MTF-Sigma-81 responded to a 911 call involving a lion sighting. Upon arrival SCP-9999 was secured, and all witnesses were administered Class A Amnestics. In transport to Site-81 the transport vehicle SCP-9999 was housed in collided with a civilian fuel transport vehicle, resulting in 1 civilian death and the destruction of SCP-9999. Foundation agents embedded in the ████████████ police department took control of the investigation, and no anomalous factors were found.
Testing of the remains of SCP-9999-A, SCP-9999-B, and SCP-9999-C with SCP-914 pending authorization.
- 20/2/2009
Testing of the remains of SCP-9999-C with SCP-914 denied by O5-6, request to test SCP-9999-A and SCP-9999-B revoked. - 20/6/2009
"Why even bother having all the forums for biological testing with SCP-914, it's terrible what happened but there hasn't been any approved testing since then. It's wasted opportunities if you ask me."
