Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-5000 is to be secured in a standard humanoid containment cell, augmented to suit canine co-habitation. This additions are to include: a dog bed, multiple fleece throws, a basket of dog toys, a television showing nature programs, a supply of dog treats, and a water bowl. The fleece throws and bed should be replaced frequently, with the exception of SCP-5000-1, a red fleece throw with printed owl design, while the fleece does not show any anomalous properties in-and-of itself, separation from it causes SCP-5000 undue distress. SCP-5000-1 may be cleaned monthly and returned to SCP-5000 as soon as possible. SCP-5000 is to be cared for by a D-Class Personel, whose sole responsibility is to care for him.

Description: SCP-5000 appears by all means to be a regular black male Jack Russell Terrier crossbreed. His mother was a Jack Russel Terrier, and his father is unknown. SCP-5000 was born in a litter of three pups, one male and 2 female. DNA testing shows predominantly JRT/Pitbull DNA in SCP-5000s sisters, however, it has proved inconclusive on SCP-5000, returning repeated errors. SCP-5000 has shown extra-ordinary strength, which was discovered when he rescued his previous owner's toddler from a near car-accident. SCP-5000 was seen to dart in front of the toddler who was chasing his ball into the street, and jump at a fast approaching SUV, stopping it in its tracks. SCP-5000 received no more a broken paw, the SUV however, was completely destroyed. Witnessess to the incident were interviewed, and anti-memetics were then administered.
