Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently being held inside a safe in Site-██. The item must not be physically touched, and under no circumstances can any personnel remove the sticky note attached to the object. Dr. Olivia must meet with SCP-XXXX every week. All personnel can open the safe with the permission of Dr. Olivia, but only for cleaning inside the safe, or for taking unauthorized items from inside the safe.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a Senardo Gold Table Lamp, with a drawing of a face on a 3 cm by 3 cm sticky note attached to the lampshade. SCP-XXXX uses Morse code to speak to humans. It says that it use to be a 28 year-old man named Marvin, but now he has transformed into a lamp. SCP-XXXX has said not to remove the sticky note, or "something terrible might happen". He can only move by waddling around on his base. SCP-XXXX has spoke multiple times about having a spouse named Sonia, but cannot remember his or her last name.

Dr. Olivia: Would you happen to have any memories of who you use to be?

SCP-XXXX: My name is Marvin. I am 28 years old. The only other thing I can remember is that I think I have a spouse named Sonia.

Dr. Olivia: Do you know how you became a lamp, exactly?

SCP-XXXX: I cannot recall. All I know is that one moment I was human, the next I was in this lamp.

Dr. Olivia: That sticky note on your lampshade, where did it come from? Is it removable?

SCP-XXXX: I think it may have been on the lamp the whole time, but again I can't remember. Do not remove the sticky note. I feel something terrible might happen if you do.

Dr. Olivia: Thank you for your cooperation.
