Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX does not require any significant containment procedures, yet fluctuations in the object's physical properties can be lowered to a moderate intensity with an AlNiCo ( Aluminium, Nickel, Cobalt and Iron Alloy ) magnet positioned at least 0.5 metres ( 50 centimetres ) away from the object. Any personnel handling the object is equipped with aluminium gloves and 0.5 metre (50 centimetre) long magnetized pincers.

Description:The object is a 20 Centimetre x 20 Centimetre x 20 Centimetre alloy cube, composed of three (3) unidentified metals and iron (Fe). The object's physical appearance and behavior is varied, with a limit of the fluctuations unable to change the size of the cube even greater than 2 milimitres from it's original dimensions. The laws of gravity does not affect SCP-XXXX, which makes transportation relatively easy.

Observations and experimentation shows a destructive field around 0.25 metres (25 centimetres ) from the surface of the cube, human subjects in contact with the destructive field of SCP-XXXX will show erratic behavior and signs of insanity within twelve (12) hours after contact, any organic matter (excluding humans) become deceased within fifteen (15) minutes after contact.

Incidents and humans around the site where SCP-XXXX is first located and extracted ( ████, ████, Southern Europe. See Retrieval Reports) indicated that an outer disruptive field exists within 25-30 metres from the object, Humans living in the area was found suffering various mental illnesses ranging from self-harm to genocidal behavior. SCP-XXXX's psychological effects cannot affect subjects who has developed mental illnesses prior to contact.

The containment of SCP-XXXX is problematic due to it's psychological influences to the human mind, and testing sessions where subjects are directed to the central chamber is rarely carried out or successful, due to the subjects either collapsing into insanity before reaching the door or the reluctance of the subjects on carrying out the directive. Any subjects within the containment area is set for termination or rehabilitation within forty ( 40 ) days after entry to the area.

The containment area of which SCP-XXXX is currently contained in is a 200 metre tall cylindrical room with a 40 metre radius, the inner chamber where SCP-XXXX is suspended in is connected to the entry door by a bridge which has been enclosed with metal fences to prevent subjects that have developed suicidal illnesses to do self-harm.

There has only been 12 subjects that have successfully carried out rehabilitation to date, although over than half of them died due to an unknown reason shortly after rehabilitation, and the rest redeveloping the mental illnesses.

Dr. ████ interviewed D-████ after rehabilitation, D-█████ developed aggressive behavior three weeks before the interview. 2 days after the interview was done, D-████ developed genocidal behavior and was terminated in the facility. The recording of the interview was expunged.
