Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: During activation, all personnel not stationed within the site is advised to maintain a distance atleast 10 metres from the effective radius.
If any personnel is unaccounted or missing, a search party will be dispatched after SCP-XXXX deactivates. Any personnel or subject that attempt escape from the activation site will be terminated
details for the activation instruction/instructions of SCP-XXXX is restricted for Level 4 Security Clearance personnel.
To maintain integrity of containment and minimize the risk of unintentional activation, activation instruction/instructions are kept in separate segments of hardcopy in a site/multiple sites. If a containment breach occurs, all non-foundation personnel will be evacuated ( if any ) and countermeasures activated/deployed.
Most high-risk phenomena can be neutralized using SRAs, although the effects are still uncertain.
All personnel and subjects stationed within the site will be administered Class B amnestics after SCP-XXXX deactivates. Ideally, a small dose of Class H amnestics is administered prior to activation.
Description : SCP-XXXX are psychological, spatial and temporal phenomena that occur up to 1.50 kilometres from the activation site. The longest observed duration of SCP-XXXX remaining active is approximately three weeks after activation.
Although if ignored and/or avoided, most of the phenomena are non-lethal, but when carelessly handled/observed/approached, the phenomena may induce one or more of the following : trauma, amnesia, insanity, mutilation and/or death.
GREEN
Phenomena that poses no threat, safe to handle/approach/observe : does not induce any physical nor psychological damage.
YELLOW
Phenomena that are safe to observe, but may be lethal when approached or handled : Does not induce physical nor psychological damage if ignored. commonly in the form of spatial anomalies, temportal anomalies and hallucinations.
ORANGE
Phenomena that may be dangerous when observed and approached : phenomena that induces psychological and/or physical damage when observed, avoid if possible. Commonly in the form of spectral "entities" and "creatures"
RED
Phenomena that are lethal in nature, termination by site personnel is required, may compromise containment : Phenomena that will cause psychological or physical damage, ability to breach containment. Usually in the form of "creatures" and "entities".
PURPLE
Phenomena that resemble and/or behaves near-human, sentient in nature. May or may not cause psychological and/or psychological damage, may breach containment. Termination is recommended if phenomena shows aggresive behavior.
TEMPORAL ANOMALIES / Class 1
Phenomena that distorts time : usually slows down or accelerates time for the subject(s) interacting with it. Avoid if possible.
SPATIAL ANOMALIES / Class 2
Phenomena that distorts space : normally comes in the form of spatial bridges connecting two points of the site or a distortion of space. May cause containment breach, potentially lethal, may be the source of PURPLE, RED and ORANGE-grade phenomena, avoid if possible.
HALLUCINATIONS / Class 3
Phenomena that may occur to subjects and personnel inside the site both individually and in groups. Usually leads to insanity and/or trauma, ignore if possible.
APPARITIONS / Class 4
"Spectral" entities, or Ghosts. Entities originating from this phenomena is usually graded ORANGE or RED. Avoid if possible, may cause containment breach.
