The excess card ( Designated SCP-XXXX-1 ) is a +4 Wild Card with a fold mark. The fold mark allows subjects to discriminate SCP-XXXX-1 easily from other +4 Wild Cards.
SCP-XXXX-1 becomes triggered when it is drawn, causing various mental disorders and character fluctuations.
The effects of SCP-XXXX-1 Is most severe on the player the object is used on, and can be passed along by the player to the next one by drawing another Plus card.
