Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-3397 should be surrounded by an electric fence on at all times. Only one way in and out of the area is accessible by a gate supervised by 4 armed guards at all times. Interactions with SCP-3397 must be supervised by Dr. Wales and recorded for later review. Task force Subres must be in the contained zone before entering SCP-3397. All permitted staff are, as per safety regulations, required to carry a tranquilizer serum at all times while entering and staying in SCP-3397.
Description:
SCP-3397 is a city that measures about .6 square kilometers located in ██████. SCP-3397 itself seems to be a town from the late 1800s that has been buried underground. SCP-3397’s buildings such as a saloon, inn, and jail all seem to be in perfect condition and seem to have been newly built. A cemetary with a few gravestones are also present on the outskirts of the town. The gravestones read “James Y. Radis,” “Jason W. Florence” among other names that seem to be poorly engraved. SCP-3397 seems to be a city without time. (Possibly a time loop)
The city also features about 30 inhabitants (SCP-3397-A) that wear clothes from the late 1800s and talk with a Midwestern dialect. The inhabitants claim that the city was built a few years ago and that the year is currently 1893. The inhabitants are SAFE unless exposed to technology from any period later than the 1900s. The inhabitants will become violent and need to be suppressed by a designated task force.
Dr. Wales Logs on SCP-3397:
11/18/20██: As I started to research the anomalous properties of SCP-3397 I had a friendly chat with SCP-3397-A. I was even given a free drink from the Saloon as the bartender, only known as ████ told me that they don't receive many visitors.
11/20/20██: Upon closer inspection I’ve noticed that SCP-3397-A responds negatively to technology. I must investigate further.
11/29/20██: Upon receiving the approval for further analysis, I started installing security cameras to see what happens when a guest isn’t in the town.
12/14/20██: Research upon SCP-3397’s origins have lead inconclusive.

Something went terribly wrong. I noticed my cameras were broken. As I reviewed the footage I saw someone who wasn't authorized personnel in the SCP Foundation wander into the town. He was carrying a GPS and when SCP-3397-A saw what he had they killed him. Please send a task force down here and create a barrier from the public.

No other investigations can be made. All that has been explored can be explored. The zone is currently under the supervision of Dr. ██████.
When coming in contact with other safe SCPs SCP-3397-A does not acknowledge their existence.
The time anomaly only applies to SCP-3397 and SCP-3397-A, no personnel have been affected by the anomaly.
No pictures can be taken of SCP-3397-A or SCP-3397 as suppression of SCP-3397-A is condemned.
