Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in an airtight 5x5x3 meter cell devoid of all living matter. The cell is also to be devoid of all CO₂ and only lit by standard florescent lights, and under no circumstances is to be opened or exposed to natural lighting, except for in the case of testing. SCP-XXXX containment cell should at no time have any plant matter around it in a 25x25 meter radius, see incident report
Description: SCP-XXXX is a semi-humanoid organism of plant-like composition that reacts violently to all animilia it detects in it's environment that when allowed all necessary resources, is able to grow up to approximately 3.2 meters in height in approximately 4.8 minutes and can control all plant life around it in a 25x25 meter radius, temporarily mutating the plants around it to destroy all non-plante life around it, examples of these mutations have included, but are not limited to; small plants, such as common grass or small flowers growing to entangle the feet of the victims, until they fall, in which case the victim shall be strangled, or they shall remain on the feet of the victim until SCP-XXXX comes to finish off the kill, typically via strangulation with one of two large, vine-like limbs, more complex plants such as large flowers, emitting toxins to either kill or paralyze the victim for SCP-XXXX, or larger plants such as trees, extending their trunks to entangle the victims and growing long barbs into it's prey. The mutations caused by SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities typically leaves the plants they affect within seconds of SCP-XXXX letting them leave it's radius
