Special Containment Procedures: Due to the isolated location of SCP-0000, advanced containment procedures are not currently needed at this time.
A series of Foundation posts have been erected, each within a 1km distance of SCP-0000. Each Foundation post has been fitted with a Marner Meteorological Altercation Device (MMA) in order to produce heavy amounts of cloud coverage. An on-site repair team must be present at all times, in order to repair any MMAs that become damaged/shut down from overuse.
Description: SCP-0000 is the designation given to Chrysdm, a Daevite city-state located in the North-West Greater Caucasus. The architecture of SCP-0000 greatly resembles that of several settlements discovered by the Foundation,1 dating as far back as the 13th Century BCE. SCP-0000 seems to have been constructed using techniques and materials that were advanced for the time.2 SCP-0000 is in an advanced state of ruin, and is believed to have been abandoned at some point during the 2nd Century BCE.
SCP-0000 is vaguely circular in shape, with the quality of buildings (and presumably the quality of life) increasing as buildings get closer to the centre of the city. SCP-0000 has been split into three main rings:
- Outer Ring: Composed mostly of single-room farmhouses. It appears that the denizens of the Outer Ring would light their homes using candles and would collect water from public wells, which they would then boil. It is believed that human waste was collected within the sewers, where it would then be pumped out into certain "waste points", located in the Outer Ring.
- Middle Ring:
- Inner Ring: Composed of three main structures; a Daeva palace, a library of sorts and a single statue, located at the centre of SCP-0000. [See Addendum 0000.2]
