Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5196 is to be kept within a circular freezer, 20 meters in diameter. In any situation in which SCP-5196 escapes its containment, it is to have 500,000 lumens worth of light shown on it in order to neutralize it for a long enough period of time for it to be relocated, and recontained.

One security camera located inside of SCP-5196's chamber is to remain online at all times, for the safety of any outside personnel, and display information on whether or whether not SCP-5196 is neutralized.

Description: SCP-5196 is described as a child, with an estimated age of ████ old. The child has been reported to emit gamma radiation under stress, and a cold aura when relaxed. SCP-5196 is approximately 1.5 meters tall, with thin, pale legs.

SCP-5196 has displayed telekinetic capabilities, as it has used them many times to escape containment. SCP-5196's telekinetic capabilities are, as of now, limitless, the subject constantly using more powerful telekinetic capabilities each and each time.
