Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be contained in no less then a 5 meter by 5 meter holing cell, cell walls are to be made out of multiple layers of sound dampening materials, and are not allowed to have corners, the inner wall must always be shaped to have a sound dampening pattern, such as waves or ridges. All facility staff of C-class or higher are to be made aware of SCP-xxxx's abilities, to prevent curiosity. SCP-xxxx does not gain any form of mental damage from isolated containment, and is therefore not allowed to have such things as lighting and windows. SCP-xxxx may not shower, however oral hygiene utensils are provided with meals. SCP-xxxx is to wear a gag, and may only remove it when eating, this is assured by a shock collar, that may be manually turned on and off by foundation staff, if SCP-xxxx attempts to remove the gag outside of a feeding period, or does not put the gag on after a feeding period while the collar is active, a controlled shock will be administers automatically. Any indication that SCP-xxxx is going mad are possible attempts to escape confinement, and are therefore required to be ignored.
SCP-xxxx in to be fed three timed a day, at 30 minute meal periods, the food given to SCP-xxxx should contain minimal amounts of nutrients, and high levels of hallucination inducing drugs, as to mitigate escape attempts. The drugs should be changed every 4 to 5 months as to assure SCP-xxxx does not develop a resistance to the drug, and all meals are to be provided by a small food-delivery robot, as to not endanger foundation staff.
No foundation staff above D-class are allowed to enter SCP-xxxx's cell at any time, unless granted by level 3 clearance or higher. If a foundation staff above D-class is to enter the holding cell, they are to be fitted with a PPc-mk3 censor program to their ears.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a male humanoid capable of making all of its questions, suggestions and opinions sound completely logical, similar to SCP-2284 capable of making all of its questions suggestions and opinions have the opposite effect on a victim, as long as a full sentence is constructed by the anomaly and heard by the victim. SCP-xxxx is 26 yeas old, 173 centimetres tall and weighs approximately 79 kilograms. SCP-xxxx does not have any strange physical features, except for a abnormally small, flexible, and durable pinky finger on its left hand, however the anomaly's way of speaking is quite strange. SCP-xxxx can but is not limited to speak like a stereotypical Italian mafia, a hippy, a cheesy super villain, or in an extraordinarily happy fashion, foundation staff believes this is due to deteriorated mental health. SCP-xxxx does this to earn sympathy, by making victims believe it is mentally ill, the anomaly is able to earn their sympathy and manipulate them.
Earliest records of SCP-xxxx show that the anomaly was first found in Göteborg Sweden on April/14/201█. The anomaly was found surrounded by 12 bodies, by local police. SCP-xxxx was later tried, reprinting itself and winning, with the argument "no one saw me kill them". June/27 of the same year SCP-xxxx was found by local police surrounded by 37 bodies. SCP-xxxx was once again tried, and won representing itself, this time with the argument of "I'm the only one who couldn't have killed them". However this instance was released to local news. Field agent Fredrick Mull was sent out to investigate how this was possible, after Mull stopped sending regular reports, SCP-MTF chi-2 was sent to investigate. Investigation lead to the discovery that Muller had been killed, bullet found in agent Muller, and missing bullets in his gun, indicate that he had killed himself, not an outside threat. This lead to an immediate call to locate, capture and contain the anomaly, MTF chi-2 where able to tranquilize SCP-xxxx and successfully contain it, however after the incident operator Marks Doehill when through a delayed reaction, killing himself after hearing SCP-xxxx say "wouldn't it be nice if you died".
Data collected from containment escape attempts made by SCP-xxxx show that the statements and opinions made by the anomaly not only sound logical to a victim, but the victim will always believe the statements and opinions to be true. New data shows that victims of SCP-xxxx answer all of the anomalies questions, suggestions and opinions in the opposite way they would usually do. This allows SCP-xxxx to in a way control his victims, making them do whatever it pleases. This is only another reason the foundation strongly suggests that foundation staff never tempt to make contact with SCP-xxxx, and never sympathies with the anomaly.
SCP-xxxx is an extraordinarily capable escape artist, it is able to construct complex escape plans, and execute them without basic tools, instead the anomaly can climb completely vertical walls with bare hands, and is able to pick locks using its small pinky finger. SCP-xxxx has shown to use its inhuman ability to assist in escaping confinement, and to harm foundation staff, 100% of cases where SCP-xxxx has successfully escaped confinement have lead to casualties. While SCP-xxxx often attempts to escape confinement, it has never attempted to escape the facility of witch it is confined, instead SCP-xxxx walks around the facility, seemingly searching for something, for currently unknown reasons, this has lead foundation staff to speculate that the anomaly "hunts" for staff members however further research is necessary. Based on the fact that SCP-xxxx is shown to be very manipulative, it is believed that the anomaly might have a very rare form of psychopathy. This however is only speculation given the rarely of such symptoms in mental illness.
The SCP-Foundation would like to once again state that SCP-xxxx is not to be trusted, containment procedures are harsh but just, and should be taken seriously.
