Containment Procedures
SCP-xxxx needs to be held in a room with no electrical current, light, radiation, or sound. The room needs to be disconnected from oxygen supply. containment cell is held 4,000 feet below the surface and not hallways, rooms, or ventilation can be within a 50 ft proximity to SCP-xxxx containment cell. SCP-xxxx is to be never monitored and if they start talking initiate a small wave of electricity coming around the room created by a singular generator isolated from any other electrical machine and/or cable.
Description
SCP-xxxx is an humanoid hat is 5'10'' in height and races and looks differ based on the person viewing SCP-xxxx. SCP-xxxx always wears clothing similar to the person it is talking too. SCP-xxxx can, and will, teleport to location where either one or two people can see him though he will not appear directly in their line of sight once the person sees SCP-xxxx he will begin to strike up a conversation with the person that can last up to 4 hours if left alone. during the conversation the features of SCP-xxxx will slowly degrade becoming more of a heap of melting or rotting flesh, the exact appearance is never fully described by the subjects or is unable to be described by the subject. at the end of the conversation SCP-xxxx will leave the persons line of sight then teleport elsewhere to meet someone else. the person that talked to SCP-xxxx will slowly start losing their sanity and develop a multitude of different mental diseases such as paranoia, schizophrenia, depression and other diseases that are less severe such dyslexia, OCD, ADHD, ADD. The severity of the disease is based on the time spent communicating to SCP-xxxx. at the end of 4 months after speaking with SCP-xxxx the subject will begin self mutilation around the cranial area. a common link through out most cases is the person ripping of their eyes and trying to plug them. the person mainly dies due to blood loss though there have been cases where they died due to brain death. If the person either sees SCP-xxxx teleport in the room or out they will experience seizures, nausea, migraines, and will eventually go blind or loose all mental capacity to function effectively becoming a corpse. if this happens when SCP-xxxx enters the room it would still talk to the body like nothing happened though when it leaves the body would begin to degrade rapidly and would quickly become no more than a pile of decomposed materials.
