SCP-[PENDING] ~ The White Centurion~ Class: Euclid

SCP-[PENDING] is a small leather pouch bound by a looped leather cord. Inside the pouch is a figurine of a Roman Centurion made of bleached bone SCP-[PENDING]-2. Though Stratigraphy has dated the figurine as dating back to twenty (20) BCE the figurine is completely intact and shows no signs of physical wear. Any samples taken from SCP-[PENDING]-2 deteriorate rapidly until reduced to dust too fine to be examined. While SCP-[PENDING]-2 'grows' new bone to repair the portion removed. Introduction of foreign material has had no effect. All foreign material is simply pushed out as SCP-[PENDING]-2 repairs itself. The pouch itself can be passed from host to host (Referred as SCP-[PENDING]-3) nine (9) days after the onset of puberty, at which point SCP-[PENDING]-2 will become restless inside SCP-[PENDING]-1, but only to prepubescent males. In the event that the current SCP-[PENDING]-3 is physically threatened SCP-[PENDING]-2 emerges from the pouch regardless of whether it's opened or not and grows to 1.9 m. SCP-[PENDING]-2 has been observed carrying a spear, shield, sword, and a bow though it has been known to attack an aggressor with its bare hands. SCP-[PENDING]-3 can call SCP-[PENDING]-2 back with the code phrase "proelio vincitur". Upon speaking this phrase SCP-[PENDING]-2 will return to SCP-[PENDING]-1 and will not reemerge for five (5) minutes regardless of any aggression towards SCP-[PENDING]-3.

Should SCP-[PENDING]-3 die of natural causes or otherwise, SCP-[PENDING] will deteriorate as quickly as any samples taken from SCP-[PENDING]-2 and will appear around the neck of a random prepubescent male who will become the new SCP-[PENDING]-3. Though there is no descrenable pattern for the host chosen, as yet no host has been chosen less than nine (9) days old regardless of the birth being pre-, full-, or post-term. To date, SCP-[PENDING]-2 has not been observed interfering with surgeries, inoculations, or corporal punishment; though has reacted to actions seen as accidental, such as incident [Pending]-3-A.

[Containment]
SCP-[PENDING] should be passed to the son a staff member of Site-137 whenever possible. In the event of death of current SCP-[PENDING]-3, research teams are to scour worldwide news outlets to locate SCP-[PENDING]'s new host and deal with any leaks as needed. Psychiatric teams should evaluate the newest SCP-[PENDING]-3 to evaluate viability in containment. Should personell deem current SCP-[PENDING]-3 unusable, staff should take whatever steps necessary to move SCP-[PENDING] to a more agreeable host and close the leak.
