very few even within the scp foundation have been able to contact the 05 council and fewer scp were
able to threaten the council members one of these few numbers happen to be scp xxxx.
after years of discussion the 05 council has come to a conclusion to record the interaction of scp-xxxx

the scp council members have gathered to discuss the the longterm goals of the foundation and significant events and changes concerning the functioning of the foundation.
as they all gathered around a table they noticed a spark on the middle of them. without any immediate hesitation they called their guards in and tried to exit the room.
the next thing the 05 council finds themselves in the presence of an unfamiliar entity (later labeled as scp-xxxx) surrounded by and infinite void with nothing to be seen but the humanoid figures of the fellow members and the entity.the 05 council were frightened. as most of them have never interacted with an scp prior to this event. the scp assured that it was not here to cause any harm.
it informed the members that it has come with two warnings.
the first being that and event has occurred in a distant part of reality that spawned multiple higher dimensional beings. the entity informed that the intentions of the beings were unknown. upon questioning the entity replied by stating that it was simply out of my interest to learn anything from them.
the entity advised the council members to strengthen the foundation as the effects of these beings will ripple throughout all of reality and lower dimensional beings will be severely effected as anomalies will spawn at an exponential rate. it is advised by the entity to join forces with similar organisation on other solar systems on and beyond their universe.
