Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures:
It is imperative that SCP XXXX is accompanied by either XXXX-A and XXXX-B at all times in order to prevent a containment breach. When addressed by personnel, SCP-XXXX is to be referred to as "Jasper" as requested by XXXX-A.
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell. SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B are to be contained in this cell at all times when not undergoing testing. In addition to standard amenities, the room is to be furnished with the following items as per request of SCP-XXXX-A:
- One bed with plain blue sheets and a plain blue blanket
- All of the small plastic dinosaur toys found in SCP-XXXX's residence prior to containment
- Various children's books from a list provided by XXXX-A
- Any brand of MP3 player produced no earlier than 2014
- A 60-inch flatscreen television
- 2 standard size cat beds
Any additional request must be approved by staff with Level 4 clearance or higher.
SCP-XXXX is to be fed according to the meal plan provided by XXXX-A and XXXX-B. SCP XXXX is to be put in its wheelchair and wheeled across the facility for a 30 minute period to get "fresh air" as instructed by XXXX-A.
XXXX-A and XXXX-B have only requested a diet consistent with non-anomolous members of Felis Catus. SCP-XXXX-A has also requested, for recreational purposes, classic literature from the mid 1800s to mid 1900s. To prevent a hostile engagement with XXXX-A and XXXX-B, these arrangements along with any other feasable requests made by SCP-XXXX-A should be maintained. (See Addendum XXXX-01)
No fewer than four armed guards are to be assigned to SCP-XXXX's containment cell. Guards are to be equipped with gas masks and 10 canisters of chlorine trifluoride each.
Due to the violent nature of XXXX-A and XXXX-B, no physical contact that could be construed in any way as violent is to be made with XXXX. In the event of an XXXX-A and XXXX-B containment breach, the chlorine trifluoride canisters are to be used to repel XXXX-A and XXXX-B back into their cell. Should XXXX breach containment alongside XXXX-A and XXXX-B, it is to be separated from XXXX-A and XXXX-B and gently carried back to the entrance of its cell where it will be retrieved by XXXX-A.
Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a Caucasian male of approximately six years of age. It seems to be of average height and is somewhat thin for its age group. SCP XXXX is completely blind, deaf, mute, and paralyzed from the neck down. The origin of this paralysis is unknown, as SCP-XXXX does not suffer from any major brain trauma or physical injuries. XXXX-A has stated that XXXX spontaneously lost most motor functions one day and has been in its current state ever since, but whether this statement is true or not is currently unknown.
SCP-XXXX's main anomolous trait is the "mind link" it shares SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B. When establishing this mind link, SCP-XXXX's eyes will glow the same green color as SCP-XXXX-A's and SCP-XXXX-B's. SCP-XXXX is able to communicate with SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B without showing any physical signs of the mind link occuring. With the aid of SCP-XXXX-A and XXXX-B, SCP-XXXX is able to walk, speak, hear, and complete many other tasks that should be impossible due to its aforementioned physical limitations. Despite the ability to speak and hear, SCP-XXXX mostly refuses to directly answer to personnel and is generally uncooperative with staff. However, SCP-XXXX has allowed XXXX-A to act as its proxy, relaying its wishes to personnel and answering for it during interviews. As SCP-XXXX appears to be of relatively normal intelligence for its age group, SCP-XXXX-A will answer questions too difficult for SCP-XXXX understand and deestablish the mind link if a topic too stressful for SCP-XXXX to handle is discussed. — (See Addendum XXXX-01) SCP-XXXX possesses a timid, distrustful demeanor that most likely stems from it being abused and neglected by its foster parents prior to recovery. —Any attempts to build a rapport or simply converse with SCP-XXXX have failed completely SCP-XXXX has taken a particular interest in staff with considerable knowledge of reality benders and demonic entities. In order to build trust with SCP-XXXX, limited interaction between these individuals and SCP-XXXX has been authorized. SCP-XXXX must be led believe that the Foundation trusts it completely and is in no way suspicious of it and its origins (See Addendum SCP-XXXX-1).
SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B have the physical attributes of two non anomolous members of Felis Catus besides possesing eyes that emit a constant green glow. SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B have both demonstrated several anomolous abilities and intelligence far beyond that of a normal instance of Felis Catus. SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B have showcased the ability to use telekinesis, teleportation, and telepathy when communicating with SCP-XXXX. Note: Several doctors have reported strange feelings of a "movement" inside of their heads during interaction with SCP-XXXX-B. This, combined with SCP-XXXX-B's apparent increase in intelligence, has led the Foundation to conclusion that SCP-XXXX-B is using its abilities to probe the minds of personnel for information. SCP-XXXX-B is to be kept at least 100 meters from SCP-XXXX during interviews and has displayed no reluctance in complying with staff on this matter. Personnel no longer report these feelings of movement and testing is being continued as normal. All testing of SCP-XXXX has been terminated indefinitely. An investigation into what SCP-XXXX-B may have learned from staff is ongoing, but due to the nature of SCP-XXXX-B, it is difficult to ascertain what it could have discovered.
SCP-XXXX-A has demonstrated intelligence greater than most adult humans and is capable of speech in a flat, monotone voice. SCP-XXXX-B seems to have an intelligence similar to that of SCP-XXXX, being that of a young child's. SCP-XXXX-B is at least as intelligent as SCP-XXXX-A, if not more so. However, SCP-XXXX-B is still incapable of speech.
Discovery and Recovery
SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the Foundation after a woman in ████████,Ohio called local authorities stating that several of her neighbors' necks has been snapped by two "[REDACTED] demon cats". Security camera footage from SCP-XXXX's apartment revealed that, after SCP-XXXX suffered a beating from its apparent foster father, SCP-XXXX-A snapped his neck along with SCP-XXXX's foster mother who attempted to call authoriities. SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B then entered several nearby apartments and killed ██ individuals before retreating back to their apartment. Upon investigation of the ████████ apartment complex, SCP-XXXX was found sitting in its wheelchair with SCP-XXXX-A and SCP-XXXX-B watching it intently. SCP-XXXX-A revealed that it knew that the Foundation had come for them and willingly entered custody alongside SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-B on the condition that SCP-XXXX would not be harmed in any way. Individuals aware of the incident were given Class A amnestics and the murders were covered up as a killing spree perpetrated by a local street gang.
Foreword: After ██ days of containment, SCP-XXXX-A expressed that SCP-XXXX was willing to be interviewed by Dr. ███████████.
