Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4602 is be given a Dell brand pre-built "gamer" computer with a model number of 6525. Should this computer fail to boot (either by parts in the computer failing to function, electromagnetic interference caused by foundation electronics, other SCP entities present at Site-███, or SCP-4602 himself.) or is SCP-4512 unable to log on and play with SCP-4602 (due to their computer failing to function, or the foundation's network unable to connect) SCP-4602 will attempt to breach containment via "flashbang". Task Force Omega-13 (Designated "Gamey Gamers") will be tasked to recapture SCP-4602. Failure to successfully recontain SCP-4602 will result in the anomalous properties occuring.

Description: SCP-4602 is a humanoid entity identified as Avery █████ from ██████, Louisiana. SCP-4602 was discovered at his home address of ████ after a 911 call was received from the neighbors¹
SCP-4602's properties manifest when he is unable to play electronic video games² with an Edwin ███████. Upon the the manifestation of SCP-4602's anomalous properties, devices available to the U.S. Federal Government, as well as any device receiving electromagnetic signals within a 2 sq. mile radius of the entity will release an electric shock, which can cause property damage, the possibly of starting a major wild fire³, and, in [REDACTED] instances, loss of human life. As well as this, SCP-4602 will adorn the appearance of a giant panda, indigenous to Central Asia.⁴ Edwin is in foundation custody, and appears to not be anomalous in any way apparent to the foundation. After extensive research,⁵ Edwin has been classified as Thaumiel.

**<Montagne appears increasingly agitated>

Dr. Montagne: We need your help Avery, what transpired on the video game that caused you to "flashbang" your neighbor?

SCP-4602: Dis nigga really gunnah… bruh. (sic)

Dr. Montagne: Fine. keep your little secrets.

<Montagne speed walks out of the room, throwing documents at SCP-4602's face>

Closing Statement: Mr. Montagne was referred to an anger management class, and transferred to another SCP as per the request of O5 Administration. SCP-4602 is currently being studied, for possible classification as a Cognitohazard.

On 02/31/20██, SCP-4602 breached containment during the scheduled testing of SCP-4512. Due to the negligence of the Gamey Gamers, SCP-4602 was able to "flashbang" all personnel on Site and escape containment. There, he materialized in the city of ██████, ██, with a population of over 2.5 million registered citizens.
