Special Containment Procedures: All human subjects on earth over the age of 1 must be spayed/neutered as soon as possible. Any human subjects refusing to be spayed/neutered are to be terminated. Any human subjects under the age of 1 are to be terminated.
Efforts are to be made to prevent any and all sexual intercourse from occurring in the absence of condoms and/or birth control measures.
Description: SCP-6969 is the designation for any and all human sexual intercourse in the absence of condoms and/or birth control measures occurring after 1/13/2021. If SCP-6969 occurs enough times, it could possibly cause an IK-Class Collapse of Global Civilization Scenario within the next 5 years.
SCP-6969's primary effect is causing female humans to give birth. Babies born as a result of SCP-6969 are non-anomalous. While this would usually be easily avoidable, human subjects universally share a desire to engage in sexual intercourse, increasing the chances of SCP-6969's primary effect manifesting.
Due to overpopulation, the Foundation deemed it necessary to give human sexual intercourse SCP classification until the population has reached a number in which civilization can continue to function normally.
PoI-69420 ("CEO Of Sex") is believed to be the creator of SCP-6969 and has been asked for ways to prevent it from occurring. Thus far, only 3 methods have been discovered to feasibly prevent SCP-6969.1
