Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-17. SCP-XXXX, as of 01/04/18, has been granted Class 3 socialization privileges with authorized site personnel, as long as her cooperation in the containment of SCP-XXXX-2 instances continue. SCP-XXXX is restricted from discussing current events or political issues, to help reduce the creation of SCP-XXXX-2 instances.
Foundation plants in major political parties of the United States are to maintain vigilant surveillance of any political candidate who has risen in popularity or to a high office in a unnaturally short amount of time, as well as properties characteristic to SCP-XXXX-2 instances. Mobile Task Force Upsilon-13 "Rock the Vote" will discredit confirmed SCP-XXXX-2 instances to prevent them from being elected to public office. Due to the events of 10/12/16 (see Incident Report XXXX-B), members of Upsilon-13 are to hold no strong political opinions and/or must show strong loyalty to the Foundation.
Mobile Task Force Iota-10 "Damn Feds" will assist MTF Upsilon-13 by fabricating charges against any SCP-XXXX-2 instances currently in public office, and with their transfer to Foundation custody. If necessary, the FBI Unusual Incidents Unit may be contacted to support Foundation efforts in containing SCP-XXXX-2 instances. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX-2 instances, any attempt to apprehend them must be made after going through appropriate civil authorities. A body double of the instance will be put in their place, and the Foundation shall make no further effort to apprehend them or sabotage their political campaigns.
Description: SCP-XXXX, legal name Isabel N. is an adult female of slightly higher than average height and average build. Intelligence aptitude tests and records collected from her time as student at the various schools she has attended indicate she posses above average intelligence. Her abilities came to the attention of the Foundation through SCP-XXXX's high school. Several posts on social media were made by fellow students at SCP-XXXX's high school about a recent student government election, where a new student (believed to be the first SCP-XXXX-2 instance) won the student body election in a landslide victory, despite school records showing the student had just transferred.
The posts flagged a Foundation AIC responsible for monitoring social media posts. Before taking down the posts, the AIC alerted its superiors, who relayed it to the nearest site (Site-██). A field team was sent out to capture SCP-XXXX and the XXXX-2 instance, and amnesticise the population of the high school. Both SCP-XXXX and the XXXX-2 instance were brought in without any resistance, and the student population was successfully administered Class-B amnestics.
SCP-XXXX was cooperative and agreed to an interview with Foundation Personnel (see Addendum XXXX-A: Initial Containment Interview, SCP-XXXX).
The entities created by SCP-XXXX's anomalous effect, designated SCP-XXXX-2, do not take on one single appearance. However, most of the instances encountered the Foundation either appear as 60-70 year old males, and mid teens to late thirties of both genders. Currently, the Foundation has contained 14 SCP-XXX-2 instances since the initial containment of SCP-XXXX, currently housed at several different sites across the continental United States, pending transfer to Site-17 for further research.

SCP-XXXX-2 instances, will rise to local, state, or in rare cases national political fame, seemingly out of nowhere. However, all SCP-XXXX-2 instances will have on record years of political experience. One instance, XXXX-2-6, known as ██████ ███████, appeared with records and interviews showing decades of mayoral and congressional history, and with a grassroots political campaign. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are unusually persuasive in building support for their political campaigns. Instance XXXX-2-6 managed to run a highly successful campaign for the Democratic Party in 2016, requiring the Foundation to run a disinformation campaign through the media, and to interfere with several state primaries. SCP-XXXX-2's ability to generate a large following and their unusual persuasiveness may indicate they posses limited Type Green reality bending abilities.
Interrogation of SCP-XXXX-2 instances has yielded mixed results, with some instances fully cooperating with Foundation interviews and others attempting to harm their interviewers (see Interview XXXX-2-8).
