Special Containment Procedures: SCP-*number* was found in a home of a suicide victim, demolished on September REDACTED 2015. It should always stay in a 5x5m room constructed of standard white concrete in Site 11. Any personel, D-Class and SCP should be warned before coming within a 10m radius of the room.

Description:
SCP*number* is a large rusty steel nail about the size of a railroad spike. When weighed the object was very light coming in at REDACTED. Visual differences to other nails of the same type were not found. It's anomalous properties start to come in when the subject gets into a 5m radius of it, when it does-the subject will within 10-60 seconds cut themselves on the nail and making a tiny wound in the shape of a T, within an hour the subject will have some kind of accident and no matter the type of injury the wound will always be in the shape of a T however much larger then the previous wound, in another 10-15 minutes the subject will have another accident with the wound in the shape of a T this time the wound is even larger and sometimes fatal, in another 5 minutes another accident with the wound in the shape of a T this wound is very large and fatal 100% of the time, if the subject is revived, no more accidents happen and the subject starts to have a fear of nails and screws.

Addendum:
A D-Class was let into SCP *number*'s chamber, the D-Class immediatly tripped and cut themselves on the nail, after 30 minutes of waiting the D-Class was let out, but after 15 minutes the D-Class had fell on a chair, after an hour the D-Class was rushed to a hospital because a knife had fell from his hand and it stabbed him in the stomach, the D-Class has expired in the hospital later, this didn't raise any suspicion until similar conditions happened to other 8 D-Class after testing with SCP-*number*
