Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a room roughly twenty five (25) meters by fifteen (15) meters, The room must be empty with no windows. This is done as to make the anomaly have as little access as possible to the foundation.
Nobody under level 4 clearance should enter SCP-XXXX without proper approval. Any personnel who attempt to access SCP-XXXX without approval will receive amnestic to remove any and all memories of the encounter with SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX Appears to be an adult male approximately twenty three (23) years of age it appears to have glowing red eyes and pale skin. SCP-XXXX does not appear to need food water or many basic needs. The anomaly appears to be nourished by the fear of any living creature who comes within a certain range with this range being ██ meters in every direction.
When somebody enters the anomaly's room it will engage in conversation with whomever entered and seems to be passive at the time. after roughly five (5) minutes of the victim being in the room it will begin bringing up subjects that scares the victim making it more nerve racking for the victim over time.
If the victim decides to stay for three (3) more minutes, SCP-XXXX will begin shifting the room to frighten the target from filling it with spiders to a setup such as a forest with sounds of howling wolves. The room will over time will align with all of the victims deepest fears. No matter how dangerous the fears are, anything made by SCP-XXXX cannot kill the victim in any way shape or form by inflicting physical wounds.
SCP-XXXX is surprisingly cooperative with the foundation doing things the foundation asks of him with a number of exceptions. experiments held inside the room of SCP-XXXX have been recorded for analysis shows that while terrorizing the victim it appears that it does not show any aggression to whomever the victim is.
The SCP seemed to attempt to make a bond with many researchers at site ██ and therefor refuses to leave unless absolutely needed. SCP-XXXX was found inside a unaltered forest near site ██. each and every animal within the forest seemed terrified of SCP-XXXX.
It seems happy when talking to humans no matter what SCP-XXXX will not become aggressive towards anybody SCP-XXXX may be aggravated if insulted a number of times or if a person is a jerk to them. One time SCP-XXXX had killed a scientist, SCP-XXXX said "He just kept insulting me." This was tested with some D-class, all tests proved SCP-XXXX's statement true.
It is theorized that SCP-XXXX also chats with its victim to make them want to stay even when the conversations start to become unsettling. with many of the foundation staff, SCP-XXXX shifted the surrounding to look like there has been a containment breach within the facility making it appear many of the SCP's within the site have escaped containment.
SCP-XXXX decided most of its own containment procedures and all of which was necessary to house the anomaly. It made a a request to get D-class inside its containment room twice a day after an interview with Dr. S████, explaining its reason it scares people.

Dr. S████: Hello SCP-XXXX would be kind enough to answer some questions for me?
SCP-XXXX: Sure I would be glad to.
Dr. S████: So SCP-XXXX why do you talk to the person who enters your room before scaring them?
SCP-XXXX: It gets lonely in there so I enjoy having somebody to talk to.
Dr. S████: Why do you scare them then?
SCP-XXXX: I don't get nourished by food and water but fear works for some reason.
Dr. S████: How long have you been doing this?
SCP-XXXX: Ever since I was born I was like this, so my appearance scared some people because "how can a baby be that scary" because of that I'm still alive.
Dr. S████: Does the target have to be human then?
SCP-XXXX: The target can be any living creature that can be scared it does not matter what species, the only restriction is I cannot use my own fear to nourish myself.
Dr. S████: Why did you insist to be contained in that empty room?
SCP-XXXX: I can just make the illusion for myself that the room looks nice and also the fact that I'm aware of how dangerous I can be.
Dr. S████: Why did you give a panic attack to that guard I thought you liked him
SCP-XXXX: I didn't mean to do that it was an accident.
Dr. S████: How was that an accident?
SCP-XXXX: You did not send in anybody for me to scare for days I was starving because of this so I scared the first person to enter my room as much as I could.
