Special Containment Procedures :
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a ten inch thick aluminum humanoid containment cell with 50 watt lights directed at him at all times. In the event of a power outage, it is to be sent to site-88. It is currently being held at site-17.
Description :
SCP-XXXX is approximately 1.9 meters in height. It wears a pitch black cloak completely concealing everything underneath, the hood on it’s cloak casts a dark shadow over its face, making it so that it’s only possible to see the red glow of his eyes. His body seems to be composed of shadows, but most likely isn’t. It is suspected that this anomaly has something to do with SCP-017.
It’s aggressive and focuses on trying to escape; it’s too weak to break the aluminum walls. It’s able to withstand bashing against the wall multiple times and hates human life.
It’s anomalous properties include :
Controlling shadows, making it’s favorite method of torturing others very readily available. If you are in a dark room where SCP-XXXX is being contained, vacate the room immediately. There have been 27 deaths in this manner caused by SCP-XXXX.
Fusing with shadows, making it nearly impossible to detect it. It is able to fully fuse with nearby shadows, making an excellent form of transport, as long as you don’t have a flashlight. This was found out during an interview with the creature. (See Addendum XXXX-2 : Interview 2)
