Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4887 is to have at minimum 9 armored patrols. No personnel should be allowed to enter unless a test is active. Tests cannot be conducted by personnel level 3 or lower, as the true nature of SCP-4887 is unknown. If an instance of SCP-4887-2 is seen outside the SCP-4887, 4887-beta is in effect. Any D-class to exit SCP-4887 should be debriefed and terminated two days after exiting SCP-4887.

Description: SCP-4887 is a pine forest located in █████, Montana, United States. SCP-4887 is approximately five square kilometers in diameter. The foundation has formed zones around SCP-4887. SCP-4887 has a thick mist around it, this mist has the same molecular structure as water, but it refracts very little light, causing SCP-4887 to be dark inside its parameters. The trees and foliage in SCP-4887 are packed together tightly, preventing vehicular access to the interior. The mist inside SCP-4887 prevents any aerial viewings. All attempts to cut down trees of SCP-4887 have resulted in the expansion of its outer parameters.

Inside SCP-4887, a number of trees have been carved into with an unknown type of symbols not yet in the Foundation’s archives. At some point inside SCP-4887, these trees with carvings form a circle around a singular space with no mist. This space has one large rock slab used by SCP-4887-3 and SCP-4887-4 to sacrifice their victims and four large stones placed in a fashion to make an entryway, with three stones around to make a ‘U’ shape and one on top to enclose this area. SCP-4887 has been found to contain a concrete bunker. This bunker has five rooms, each containing a bed, a working power outlet¹, five boxes of “████’s Wonderlicious Insta-Steak”, five gallons of water, and five boxes of “Craft Noodles-n-Cheese”. When removed, these items act as they would, but when any person re-enters the bunker, all the items are replaced by an exact replica of their respective items. Throughout the bunker walls, multiple splatters of blood can be seen, but they do not correlate to any human alive. During explorations of SCP-4887, many notes were found next to skeletons of unknown individuals.

SCP-4887 has been observed to have seemingly floating spheres of light in the inner parts of the explored regions of SCP-4887. When these spheres are approached, they fade away until another can be seen. What causes this effect is completely unknown. These spheres have been given the designation of SCP-4887-1. During explorations of SCP-4887, dark entities can be seen wandering SCP-4887. These entities are bipedal, approximately 4 meters tall, and appear to have horns or ears on the top of their head. Not much is known about these entities, but they have been observed to be watching personnel who enter SCP-4887. These entities have been given the designation of SCP-4887-2. All attempts to reach SCP-4887-2 have resulted in the process of 4887-alpha to increase in speed as the personnel gets closer to SCP-4887-2. During the hours of 23:00 to 4:00 has seen SCP-4887-2 become increasingly active and constantly attempt to reach the outer layers of SCP-4887. SCP-4887 has two figures that any electronic equipment cannot sense or pick up. These figures can interact with any person inside SCP-4887 and try to convince them to complete a ritual. These figures are described as D-556613 and D-56772, both of which died inside SCP-4887 by an unknown entity or force. These figures are designated SCP-4887-3 and SCP-4887-4. If these instances are seen, protocol 4887-1 is active.

Equipment: D-56613 is equipped with a long-range video recording device, a microphone, 2 liters of water, one MRI, a flashlight, a compass, and a 9mm Glock 19 pistol.

D-56613 enters SCP-4887 at 14:23, and is instructed to head due north.

14:30 : D-56613 describes hearing a faint scream “That sounds human, but isn’t”
14:33 : D-56613 sees the first sphere of light
14:35 : D-556613 is instructed to climb a tree
14:37 : D-56613 is on the highest branch he says he can get to. Only mist and the next 6 trees around him can be seen
14:40 : D-556613 is back on the ground, walking northwest
14:50 : D-556613 is entering the inner regions of SCP-4887, the first instance of SCP-4887-2 is seen
14:51 : D-556613 is instructed to describe SCP-4887-2, the camera didn’t miss a detail.
14:53 : D-556613 is instructed to return by going straight at 107 degrees.
14:59 : D-556613’s camera turns off, only audio can be heard.
15:00 : D-556613’s gun can be heard going off as he screams

Overview: D-56613 went in SCP-4887 at 14:23, during of which he reported a scream, found the first instance of SCP-4887-1 and found the first instance of SCP-4887-2. It is unknown what happened to D-56613, but he is now pronounced dead.

Subject: D-56772 is female, 2.1 meters in height, and weighs 56 kilograms. D-56772 has no notable mental or physical disorders.

Equipment: D-56772 is equipped with a long-range wireless video camera and microphone, a standard 300-lumen flashlight, a 2-liter water bottle, one can of "Insta-Mac", one Glock 19 9mm pistol, and one magnetic compass.

D-56772 entered SCP-4887 at 12:25, and has been instructed to go into SCP-4887 until the outermost layer of trees cannot be seen and wait.

12:31 : D-56772 reports hearing a male voice screaming in the distance, the microphone does not hear this.
12:34 : D-56772 says she sees "A ball glowing softly", referencing SCP-4887-2 [footnote]] This was picked up on the camera. [[/footnote]]
12:36 : One instance of SCP-4887-2 can be seen in the distance, D-56772 is unaware of its presence.
12:43 : D-56772 is now aware of SCP-4887-2 and is distressed, exclaiming it is a "Demon from hell" and "It's going to kill me"
12:44 : The instance of SCP-4887-2 has vanished into the mist. This only causes D-56772 to become even more distressed exclaiming "This is Hell's forest".
12:50² : D-56772 reports seeing a man in an orange jumpsuit with the Foundation's logo on it. D-56772 said "Get me the hell out of here", "Why is he in a jumpsuit just like mine" and "What ritual is he talking about". The camera and microphone did not pick up anything. When command asked to elaborate on what D-56772 means by "The ritual", she said that the man wants her to "Complete the ritual so he can walk this land once again".
12:56 : D-56772 is asked to return for a debriefing and to walk due north, the way she came in.
13:00 : D-56772's camera shows that the forest has not ended when it should have.
13:12 : D-56772's camera cut out for unknown reasons.
13:15 : D-56772's microphone picks up her screaming "Get away demon" and "Holy [redacted] what did you put me in". Gunshots are heard when D-56772 says these things.

Overview: D-56772's test has proven that after a given time, the forest seems to extend. A new process³ has been determined and a new procedure is now in effect.

Researcher's note: So no one is allowed in SCP-4887 for longer than 30 minutes. I presume that man D-56772 saw was D-556613. This is a new property.

Subject: D-56872 is male, weighs 79.3 kilograms, and is 1.9 meters in height. D-56872 has a weakened sense of fear and is slightly obese.

Equipment: One long-range microphone and video camera, one magnetic compass, one standard 300-lumen flashlight, one bottle of 90 milliliters of water, and one Glock 19 9mm pistol.⁴

D-56872 is instructed to enter going due north. D-56872 enters SCP-4887 at 7:20.

7:30 : D-56872 enters the inner layers and sees two instances of SCP-4887-2 in a clearing with one instance of SCP-4887-1 in the background. Snapshot taken and used as file photo.

7:43 : One skeleton of an adult is found curled up in a corner with a pice of paper in its hand that reads "What are these black things? why are they following me?"

7: 47 : D-56872 tripped on a tree root. The camera shows three instances of SCP-4887 running at D-56872 but stops when he sees them.

Overview: D-56872 has discovered a concrete bunker in SCP-4887 and samples were taken. Some notes were found. We will return here another day.

Subject: D-54009 is Male, 1.6 meters in height, and weighs 51 kilograms. D-54009 has no physical or mental abnormalities.

7:00 : D-54009 enters SCP-4887. Subject is instructed to go northwest.

7:10 : D-54009 spots SCP-4887-2 spectating him, Subject is instructed to ignore SCP-4887-2
7:15 : D-54009 spots a large stone slab with four large stone slabs forming a one way gate. D-54009 is instructed to approach.
7:16 : D-54009 reports seeing a male and a female on the opposite side of the altar, the camera and microphone do not show this.
7: 16 : D-54009 reports that the male and female are wearing an orange jumpsuit, exactly the same as a standard D-class suit, but in tatters.
7:17 : D-54009 describes the male and female quietly saying "we must complete the ritual".
7:17 : D-54009 is instructed to move closer to the male and female, now presumed to be D-56613 and D-56772. D-54009 is hesitant but follows the instructions.
7:18 : D-54009 is being held down on the slab presumed to be by both D-556613 and D-56772. D-54009 describes that the male (D-56613) has a knife and is attempting to cut his stomach.
7:18 : D-54009's camera shows approximately 5 SCP-4887-2 instances spectating D-54009.
7:19 : D-54009 stops moving, presumed dead.
7:24 : Camera feed turns white.
7:25 : All camera and microphone connection is lost.

Overview: D-54009 has found a stone slab and a stone structure. The function of the slab is presumed to be a sacrificial altar to an unknown deity or god.

Researcher's note: What were the two other D-class who were sent into SCP-4887 doing, why couldn't we see them and are they actually still alive. I am requesting an MTF team to try to contain them and bring them back for questioning.

Exploration log 4887-8 "Back to the bunker"

Subject: D-60009 is male, 1.8 meters in height, and weighs 74 kilograms. D-60009 has no physical abnormalities but is diagnosed with psychopathy.

Equipment: D-54009 is equipped with the standard equipment for an SCP-4887 exploration.

17:00 : D-60009 enters SCP-4887 and is instructed to go due north.
17:05 : D-60009 encounters SCP-4887-2 but ignores it.
17:11 : D-60009 finds the bunker and is instructed to enter it.
17:14 : D-60009 enters the hallway with five doors, all left open from D-56872
17:15 : D-60009 enters room one, finding all the items that D-56872 had taken, had reappeared despite them being in Dr. █████'s locker.
17:16 : D-60009 discovers a new skeletal remain in room 4with a note that reads "All I wanted was to go on a hike with my family. Why did I have to subject them to this purgatory hell."
17:17 : D-60009 finishes going through the bunker, everything has returned except for the notes D-56872 had taken.
17:20 : D-60009 exits the bunker, an instance of SCP-4887-2 can be seen observing D-6009. D-60009 says he wants to approach SCP-4887-2 but is instructed not to due to protocol 4887-2.
17:23 : D-60009 is instructed to return.
17:27 : D-60009 says he sees "a man and a woman in a jumpsuit like mine, how many people have you got cooped up in this forest". Protocol 4887-1 is now active.
17:30 : D-60009 fires two shots, presumably at 4887-3 and 4887-4.
17:31 : It is too late for D-60009 to return, but subject does not know this. Subject is still aiming his firearm at SCP-4887-3 and SCP-4887-4.
17:32 : D-60009 says "By God, you will not kill me" before shooting himself.

Overview: All items that have been taken from the bunker in SCP-4887 has seemingly duplicated themselves.

Researcher's note SCP-4887-3 and SCP-4887-4 are very active when nearing the 30-minute mark. I think this is to stall any person that is in SCP-4887 until 4887-alpha has commenced so that there is no return and said person is forced to do the ritual.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is to be avoided by all personnel who have not been oriented and trained for contact with SCP-5000. No defensive positions or setups permitted around SCP-5000, as to avoid public suspicion. Forward Operating Base Gamma-6 (FOB G-6) has been set up at the property next to SCP-5000’s containment area as to monitor any member of the public that approaches and/or finds the entrance to SCP-5000. If any entity produced from SCP-5000 breaches the surface, FOB G-6 is to deploy defencive protocols Zeta-7.

Description: SCP-5000 is a planned future site in █████████, Texas which would have housed an experimental reality anchor and a reality manipulation test site. The site manifested on 12/10/1985 in the planned location, but upon entry by MTF Zeta-9 “Mole Rats”, it is discovered that the site was operated by any number of personnel, SCPs, and civilians.

Notable Events

-The site was operated by SCPs, including SCP-173 as the Site Administrator, SCP-079 as the head of the medical wing, SCP-682 as the head of the security, and SCP-457 as the head of the janitorial staff. All SCPs were friendly towards Zeta-7.

-The site was operated solely by instances of SCP-507, when asked the dimension they were from, they respond “This dimension, which one are you from?”

-The site was operated by Chaos Insurgents

-The site had no staff, but was running with optimal condition.

Leading theories on what happened.

Researcher D. Instin: The planned reality manipulation device failed within other realities, and other realities who’s devices have also failed are colliding with each other and other realities..

Researcher J. Kennedy: Going along with the theory that every action we do sprouts another dimension where we did something else, we and other realities have hit the maximum amount of space, so our realities are collapsing in on each other.

Site Director F. Heinrich’s note:

5000 is the new designation of the site, huh. They are covering up this by declaring its an SCP? Classic. To any who read this, I was the Site Director of Site-1088; now known as SCP-5000. We built the site in secret under a small farm in Raymondville, Texas that we had purchased for this reason. The only reason it was here is there was nobody except farmers nobody knew. We built that anchor incase the reality-warping whatever failed, and it did. Multiple realities collapsed into ours, immediately turning our facility into a slaughterhouse. I was in my office watching from a camera while it was first activated. The entire room of that machine was just white, and only white. The anchor activated, and it seemed like it worked. It seemed like it did. I could see the room now, and it was empty. No one nothing was there, just a gray metal box. Then it happened. I have no idea what it was or what it did, but the screams of that thing, the faces of the men and women who died, it’s in my mind now, and forever will be. I somehow escaped, and reported what I saw. Below is the true documentation of Site-1088, or what I should say now, SCP-5000.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is to be avoided by any and all personnel with no exceptions. MTF Omicron-10 “The Blind Spot” is permitted to execute any entity who is attempting to access SCP-5000. The coverup document codenamed “Ultra” is to be believed, and any personnel who deviates from that belief are to be detained and administered class B amnestics.

Description: SCP-5000 was formerly Site-1088, which housed a reality manipulation device that was going to be used to terminate Apollyon-class SCPs’ anomalous abilities. On the first test, the device found and collided with an unknown amount of realities, causing the effects mentioned in Ultra, with some others that include:

-Attracting unknown being(s) to the site (Dubbed SCP-5000-1), which proceeded to kill any organisms present. Any attributes of the physical appearance of this/these being(s) is unknown, the only thing known about it/them is that the scream produced causes temporary paralysis, permanent paranoia in the victim, and temporary blindness to the sensory organs.

-The collisions caused the space from ground level to the upper atmosphere around the site to be constantly static

-Encrypted radio transmissions from the site that matches those sent by Site-1088 at the time of failure, which are “Complete failure, send help”, “Send an MTF, something just appeared”, and “We won’t make it.”.

MTF Zeta-7 “Mole Rats” were deployed to assess the situation; and they found all rooms devoid of any life, even microbial. Squad-3 was sent down to the housing area of the Anchor, and found an instance of SCP-5000-1 digging through the rubble. SCP-5000-1 proceeded to let out a scream, causing the aforementioned effects to the MTF. Once the motor functions and sensory organs came back, the Zeta-7 was ordered to return to the surface. Upon inspection of the recordings, any trace of Squad-7’s feed could not be found. A recovery team was not allowed.
