SCP-[XXXX] The Devourer

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-[XXXX] Has yet to be captured. But due to the discoveries made by MTF THETA-4 we can predict quite well how to contain it. As well believe it only capable of phasing through biological material whether it's 100% cotton or 25% it still can do it. So any containment cell will do. A 3 X 3 X 3 cubic cell has been prepared for SCP-[XXXX]'s theoretical capture. Procedures are to keep any biomass away from it and to transport it under heavy sedatives.

SCP-[XXXX]-1 is a plantlike humanoid that lacks facial features with the exception of 6 petals that encompass its "face" that are sewn together. It's body structure is more feminine in appearance, with regard to an hourglass like shape.
It bears claw like fingers long enough to wrap down past its wrist. A starved appearance. A massive vertical scar in its chest that goes from its pelvis to its sternum also sewn together. And the entire circumference of it's arms bare scars. Same as the chest.
SCP-[XXXX]-2 a secondary form of SCP-[XXXX], unravels the leathery, green skin on it's hands and arms. revealing a nigh infinite mass of tendrils tipped with sewing needles that were wrapped in a cylindrical shape conforming to its body. The petals on its face slowly opening revealing nothing underneath but a circular black void.
SCP-[XXXX]-2 will shift into SCP-[XXXX]-3 upon extreme enragement. The scar in its chest violently ripped open revealing a wave of tendrils. A hidden vertical eye appeared in the area between the rib area and pelvic area. It's void began smoking a pure black smoke. An ancient dialect of Japanese appeared on both its hips. The symbols translating to "Devour" thusly the SCP has been nicknamed ths Devourer.

SCP-[XXXX] was found in the depths of The Amazon Rainforest, in Deus-me-deu (translating to God gave me) of Novo Aiaro, Brazil.
First contact occurred at 0800 HRS AMT.
First contact team lost.
The following day MTF Theta-4 is dispatched at 1200 HRS AMT.
MTF Theta-4 locate the remains of the first contact team at 1800 HRS AMT. Of which they only managed to find one. His cause of death: he fell off a cliff, snapped his neck.
They found a recording of the whole scenario and watched it.
0800 HRS AMT: Deployment

1100 HRS AMT: Men begin disappearing.
1200 HRS AMT: First Contact
They [MTF THETA] noticed men disappearing without trace. They counted 3 men were taken by SCP-[XXXX]. They looked back and noticed something, it was phasing through the trees. 5 minutes after the third abduction, SCP-[
XXXX] showed itself directly. Out of fear the first contact team opened fire. This causes an instance of SCP-[XXXX]-2 as it only made it angry.
And then it dashed. Running at them (the first contact team) with a speed which seemed to be 50km/h as it was pursuing them it was extending the horrid mass of tendrils towards them in every way possible. Until they were eventually enveloped. And then it drug them into the void in its head. But even more interesting. One of the victims threw a grenade at its feet, and it regenerated in the blink of an eye. The vegetation in its immediate vicinity was brown like it was fall. As if it was killed by a vampire. Perhaps it used the matter from the vegetation to heal itself? The grenade is what causes the instance of SCP-[XXXX]-3. After the grenade exploded it began violently shaking and manifested its final form.
Now every step SCP-[XXXX]-3 takes it's able to manifest tendrils from underneath it's very feet, and every mark it makes, it is able to manifest tendrils from the damage it makes to the vegetation around it. It has even been seen phasing through the men to just sadistically play with them. Perhaps it is sapient?
