Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be held in a standard humanoid containment cell. SCP-xxxx is to be isolated from events outside of its containment chamber. SCP-xxxx is not to be let out of it's cell under any circumstances.
SCP-xxxx has a digital storage device capable of wireless uploading and downloading of data mounted to it's back. This storage device will be referenced as S1.
Any changes to the cell, such as change in position of objects within the cell, are to be recorded to S1. If a change to the cell is found on the storage device, the cell should be updated accordingly. All interactions with SCP-xxxx by staff are to be documented and uploaded to S1. Changes in the data present on the storage device are to be recorded and distributed to relevant personnel. All personnel are to maintain continuity with data recorded in the storage device regarding conversation and site events, regardless of discrepancies with actual events. If data on S1 designates that a member of personnel is deceased, that member of personnel is not to interact in any way with SCP-xxxx.
SCP-xxxx monthly expenditures shall not exceed 300$ for objects for personal use. Any requests are to be logged on S1, and must be delayed by 1 month before fulfillment.
SCP-xxxx is not allowed non digital writing implements, but is allowed a computer with no internet access, and a e-reader with no internet access. These electronics are to be synced with data on S1.

Description: SCP-xxxx is a 22 year old male of North African descent.
SCP-xxxx has 2 major anomalous properties. Firstly, SCP-xxxx will spontaneously phase into one of 6 parallel realities, in all of which it is in foundation custody. Secondly, SCP-xxxx is a () class reality bender. However, these abilities only manifest when SCP-xxxx is made aware of a discrepancy between the the reality it was previously in and the one it is currently in. SCP-xxxx will then remove the discrepancy from the current reality.
SCP-xxxx was recovered from ████, █████ after the foundation detected an anomalous reality shift, in which the aftermath of a small scale terrorist attack appeared with no preceding event.
