Josie was not okay anymore. Josie had been wandering for days on end, and not a single notable feature had been seen.

More kaleidoscopic trees, more insect infested dirt. None of it appealed to the cat anymore. The cat was hungry, the cat was thirsty. The most important thing right now was to find water and food. The cat needn't rest or play, the cat needed to live.

That's when the sprinkle began. The tip of the iceberg.

The sprinkle gave water to Josie, but more importantly, led down the hilly portion of the evergreen glades; a section which Josie had avoided before. Josie followed this strange path, and eventually found a river. The river sparkled a bright shade of aqua, and gave Josie the hydration they needed. Now all Josie needed was food.

The cat began to wander some more, but didn't stray away from the river. The river was important, so it was kept.

The rain picked up, and the wind got fiercer.

Josie was forced to leave the river. The bottom of the hills was too windy for the half-cat, and as such, Josie left to higher ground. The hill was much more steep than it was before. The ground slipped beneath the cats feet, both the visible ones and the invisible ones. The rain only picked up more and more.

The top of the hill was covered with a dense set of trees, yet the rain still raged on. The rain persisted on, ignoring the cats gentle cries for help. Josie had little left within them, only the will to keep living on. A distant cave could be seen, but it was much too far to reach before the wind swept the cat away.

Nevertheless, the cat began its excursion to the cave in the distance. It was the only hope Josie had left. Slowly but surely, the cave got steadily closer.

Then the rain came crashing down.
