Special Containment Procedures: A 180-meter containment zone has been established around SCP-XXXX. This zone is to be monitored by a total of fourteen personnel, divided into seven patrols, at any given time. Each patrol is to be equipped with an electronic audio recording device; the files of these devices are to be analyzed for signs of chauvinism and patriotism. Personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to be regularly questioned about their town and country of origin.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the town of Houck, Apache County, Arizona. SCP-XXXX's population has fluctuated since its initial documentation, with estimates ranging from 3,948 citizens to approximately 96,000.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a memetic sphere of influence that extends in a 160-meter radius around SCP-XXXX's town hall1. Sapient, humanoid entities entering SCP-XXXX-1 exhibit immediate, permanent alterations to their personality and moral standings. These alterations are characterized by a belief that they are naturally-born citizens of SCP-XXXX, an increased sense of patriotism towards SCP-XXXX, and a disdain of individuals originating from outside SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-2 is the collective designation for all individuals currently contaminated with SCP-XXXX-1, as well as naturally-born citizens of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2 instances engage in violent, sexual, or otherwise deviant activities on a regular basis. Instances have been known to dislocate and/or fracture bones, visibly copulate with other contaminated individuals, and participate in incestuous relationships. It is believed that these behaviors are spawned from an intense desire to bear offspring with syndactyly2, and other related conditions.
SCP-XXXX-3 is a sapient creature composed of numerous limbs, eyes, fur, internal organs, and claws of several species of the family Ursidae, or common bear. SCP-XXXX-3 is approximately five meters in height, four meters in width, and fifteen meters in length. Currently, seven instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are attached to SCP-XXXX-3's back, acting as a rear appendage. It is unknown if these instances are cognizant. Observations of SCP-XXXX-3 conclude that it resides within SCP-XXXX's town hall, which acts as its resting place, outside of hunting.
