Incident Log XXXX-1
SCP involved: SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX.A, SCP-XXXX.A.1
Personnel involved: SCP-XXXX Lead Researcher: Phatiff Umaya, Junior Researcher: Abed Daniels, [REDACTED]
Date: █/█/██02.
Location: Site 36
Description:
On █/█/██02, a security breach in site 36 was cause for a Code: Blue priority C containment breach which was escalated to a Code: Red priority A and a near AR-█00 response.
During a sanctioned experiment concerning SCP-XXXX-it’s byproduct- SCP-XXXX.A- was transferred to a D-Class personnel using SCP-XXXX resulting in [REDACTED]. D-Class was reclassified as an instance of SCP-XXXX.A.1. SCP-XXXX.A.1 proceeded to cause minimal damage to Site 36 lab 03, lab 04 and lab 0█. Local security, composed of two on site security officers, responded to breach and assessed the situation as low risk and moved SCP-XXXX.A.1. back into lab 0█. However, while security was finalizing the securing of SCP.A.1 into lab 0█, SCP-XXXX.A.1 was heard asking one of the security officers what they’re favorite [REDACTED] was, after which SCP-XXXX.A.1. attacked and maimed one security officer. Then, SCP-XXXX.A.1, using unknown means, caused the instant expiration of the other security officer.
Dr. Umaya then managed to inform the site administration on situation upsurge which led to previously mentioned containment breach escalation. In the meantime, SCP-XXXX.A.1 proceeded to cause maimed security personnel to expire- once again using an unknown mean- before her wounds could take effect. SCP-XXXX.A.1 then drew a [REDACTED] on the lab wall using blood and viscera.
Both Dr. Umaya and Dr. Daniels hid within lab 0█ for an indeterminate amount of time. Then, SCP-XXXX.A.1 approached Umaya and Daniles, using a personal sidearm, incapacitated SCP-XXXX.A.1. Finally, despite Umaya’s instance, Daniels neutralized SCP-XXXX.A.1 using a standard Swiss army knife, also determined to be Daniels personal belonging. MTF-Gamma-█ arrived shortly after and secured site 36.
Information gathered throughout post incident and recovery operations merit SCP-XXXX experimentation as: Discontinued.

<Begin Log, [██████,██, ██01 19:1█]>
Dr. [REDACTED]: Good afternoon, my name is [REDACTED], it’s nice to meet you.
Daniels: Good evening, names Daniels, but you already knew that.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Well, yes. Ahem. We’re here this fine afternoon Mr. Daniels to discuss some things, but we should be done pretty quickly.
Daniels: There’s nothing fine about this afternoon and it’s evening, as in past my shift and past the time I should be home.
Dr. [REDACTED]: I can’t help but agree, so let’s just bang this thing out.
Daniels: mhm
Dr. [REDACTED]: Alright, how long have you been with the Foundation?
Daniels: Six years.
Dr. [REDACTED]: How do you like your work?
Daniels: It's fine, pays the bills.
Dr. [REDACTED]: I’d suppose, but this isn’t your first job concerning anomalies and their… containment.
Daniels: No, I’m an ex-GOC agent, worked a dozen years in the field and six in research, but you know this.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Correct, I’m just making sure you do.
Daniels: What’s that supposed to mean?
Dr. [REDACTED]: I meant nothing by it Mr. Daniels. I just wanted to talk about what happened with the containment breach a few days ago.
Daniels: What about it?
Dr. [REDACTED]: Well, the Post Incident Department flagged you for further de briefing due to what happened.
Daniels: De briefing huh…
Dr. [REDACTED]: Yes?
Daniels: You mean they flagged me as unstable?
Dr. [REDACTED]: Oh no, we just wanted to talk to you a little, get an idea of how you’re doing.
Daniels: Well, I'm fine.
Dr. [REDACTED]: That’s good to hear, but, before we continue, Mr. Daniels, what does SCP stand for?
Daniels: What?
Dr. [REDACTED]: My bad, I meant, what’s the Foundations main three goals?
Daniels: (Daniels passed around the room for a few minutes)
Dr. [REDACTED]: Mr. Daniels?
Daniels: Secure, Contain and Protect.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Correct! However, what you did, wasn't- how should I say- directly in accordance with Foundation policy…
Daniels: I did what had to be done.

Physiological Evaluation, Incident -
Interviewed: Employee 14█3-7876-909█, Phatiff Umaya
Interviewer: [REDACTED]
Foreword: Post Incident and and Recovery Departments flagged Phatiiff Umaya for standard psychological evaluation following Incident -.
<Begin Log, [██████,██, ██01 12:20]>
Dr. [REDACTED]: Hello Dr. Umaya, how are you?
Umaya: I've been better, [REDACTED].
Dr. [REDACTED]: I’d suppose, would you like to talk?
Umaya: Sure, why not?
Dr. [REDACTED]: But, before we begin, PID advised in their report I tell you to change your username and password. Your last name and the year your favorite Japanese cartoon was released doesn't seem to be up to 'Foundation Standards'; additionally, the PID insists you follow protocol on keeping passwords and usernames disassociated.
Umaya: Ugh, first they wont let me anywhere near SCP-2406, now this? It's basically an EVA! But, you're right, I'll change it.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Please do, but more importantly, how are you feeling- concerning how the breach was handled?
Umaya: Shaken up, a little disappointed.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Because project [REDACTED] was discontinued?
Umaya: Partially…
Dr. [REDACTED]: What else?
Umaya: I was almost convinced that I’d managed to make a breakthrough.
Dr. [REDACTED]: On SCP-XXXX?
Umaya: Yea, that as well.
Dr. [REDACTED]: What else?
Umaya: Also with Abed…
Dr. [REDACTED]: You helped hire Dr. Daniels, right?
Umaya: Yes, we met in a joint operation a long time ago.
Dr. [REDACTED]: You’re disappointed on how he handled the situation?
Umaya: I am, I finally felt I was making some headway with him and he goes and guts an SCP.
Dr. [REDACTED]: It was how he was thought to react… It's what he knows.
Umaya: I guess, I was just hoping he’d be a understudy I could work with and we’d be able to work together on different projects and we’d move up the ranks together. I was being selfish I guess.
Dr. [REDACTED]: It’s not wrong to want to help others the best way we know how.
Daniels: Yea, but I can’t force anyone to change, and I can’t force Abed to forget.
