Incident Report: 19-XXXX
SCP involved: SCP-1316
Personnel involved: N/A
Date: 05/25/2003.
Location: Site 19
Description:
On 05/25/2003 at 06:30 hours, contact was lost with site 19. When contact was reestablished 14 minutes later, on site personnel reported a site-wide attack by agents wearing GOC and UIU uniforms. Furthermore, most of the sites auto termination mechanism had been activated resulting in the loss of an undetermined amount of SCP's. The attack lasted for two hours until Foundation forces were overwhelmed and a Lost Coop protocol was approved. .
Investigation into attack revealed that a person posing as a D-Class personnel entered SCP-1316 containment enclosure, which had only recently been transferred to Site 19 from Site 39. The supposed D-Class personnel left a small note within the food tray for SCP-1316 which was determined to be a short binary code. Once SCP-1316 began transmitting the code found on the paper, a Foundation single radio receiver picked up the signal and sent the data to a Foundation terminal. Investigators and IT personnel believe the code opened a backdoor within Site 19's network.
13 seconds after the data was relayed by the radio receiver, a small power outage was detected through most of the site server rooms. 16 seconds after data relay, an attempt was made to access the alpha warhead systems- the attempt failed. 20 seconds after data relay, most auto termination mechanism were activated throughout the sites A-C wing. Finally, 25 second after data relay, a site-wide systems collapse occurred.
Post Incident then determined that over 100 hostile agents wearing UIU and GOC uniforms breached Site 19 through wing D. Within about 5 minutes, hostile forces had established control of the sites D and E wings. Most personnel within Site 19 were then herded outside of Site 19, disarmed and dispersed. Aside from any personnel killed during any firefight with hostile forces or those still within Site 19 during the Lost Coop protocol, most research personnel and some humanoid SCP's smuggled out by Foundation researchers were recovered.
14 minutes after the beginning of the incursion site administration managed to relay a distress signal to a nearby field office. Reports then indicate that multiple MTF's and rapid response teams arrived on site and engaged the forces which had by now established control of the sites E-H wings and at least one backup server room. Following an two hour long firefight, Site 19 was deemed lost.
The amount of lost and destroyed SCP's is difficult to quantify. As for the humanoid SCP's contained within Site 19, post Lost Coop protocol decontamination, recovery teams managed to contain a number of anomalous objects; nevertheless, thanks to recovered CCTV and on-site recording data saved within the sites server's black boxes, investigation indicates that at least 90% of humanoid SCP's were executed by intrusive forces, the other 9% of humanoid SCP's is presumed vaporized and the last 1% was re-contained when rapid response teams secured the disenfranchised Site 19 personnel.
Recovery teams have also confirmed the identity of at least 23 persons which records indicate were GOC field agents.
