Age: Unknown. Assumed to around 30~ years old.

Threat Type: Creation and selling of anomalous items. Has been connected to multiple stolen documents from the Foundation, as well as the Global Occult Coalition. Connections to a number of GOIs is suscpected but not confirmed

Profile: A mostly independent anartist, dealer of anomalous artifacts and a person convicted of stealing and possibly selling secret informations. The Foundation came into contact with POI-XXXX on several occasions and in each of these situations POI-XXXX seemed to have wastly different intentions.
