Description: SCP-XXXX was a humanoid entity that operated in an area of former rainforest in the Brazilian state of Amazonas. It sabotaged logging operations nearby and was believed by the local █████████████ people, a now extinct uncontacted tribe, to be their and the forest's protector. It was capable of moving at great speeds, had mild antimemetic properties, and was capable of anomalously dismantling technology.

Neutralization: After Foundation Ethics Committee Decision XXXX-2 on March 21st, 2015, capture and containment procedures were written up by the team that ran the first study of SCP-XXXX, headed by Dr. Sasha Goldman (Level Two Researcher). SCP-XXXX was captured and placed in containment. No longer hindered by SCP-XXXX's efforts, successful logging operations took place in the region SCP-XXXX had previously operated. As logging operations continued, SCP-XXXX began to demanifest, with the Hume level of its containment chamber moving towards zero. Partway through the deforestation process, members of the █████████████ tribe began to fight the workers at the logging operation, resulting in a purge of the █████████████ people. It was during this purge that SCP-XXXX fully demanifested.
