Special Containment Procedure: SCP-3965 is to be contained in a Standard humanoid containment module inside Site-77. Personnel with Security Clearance lower then Level-2 is not to access containment, except for research finalities or cleaning duty No personnel that scored below 60 in Hittikyori Psychic Resistance Test are allowed to enter containment. SCP-3965 is willing to escape from containment. Not less than two armed guards are to be in service at the containment. Anyone that has, or may have, any type of interaction with SCP-3965 is strongly suggested to undergo psychological evaluation, before and after the interaction. Any interaction with SCP-3965 is to occur only into the containment module and with all the airlocks shut.
SCP-3965 can request book, television or other entertainment devices that not allow communication with the outside world. As reward for good behavior and cooperation, SCP-3965 can also be allowed to request standard gym tools (weights, bench, etc.).
Description:
SCP-3965 is a human Caucasian male, name "████████ ███████ ██", age 29, born in █████████, United States.
SCP-3965 is for every biological mean a normal and healty human being. Testing revealed no anomalies in his body or in his brain. That being said, is currently unknown how it can generate its effect.
SCP-3965 can induce in nearby sujects (so far, only beings inside the same room appear to be affected) a forceful activation of the amygdala, resulting in release of high levels of dopamine, noradrenalina, acetylcholine, corticotropin and glucocorticoids. This brings to the activation of the Fight or Flight mechanism, and results in a strong and deep sense of fear toward SCP-3965. The fear can be resisted, but every exposed human being reported to feel it.
Affected subjects often report the feeling that, if they try to oppose to SCP-3965 or fight him, they will be killed for sure. SCP-3965 claims that it has partially control of this ability, and that it can use it with some degree of voluntariness.
Is worth notice that, even if SCP-3965 has a military background and is trained in combat, it has no out-of-ordinary combat capability, and can be easily subdued via normal methods.
When approached, SCP-3965 will engage a normal conversation, showing cooperation to certain levels and above the average level of the intelligence. It will anyway remain always ambiguos on the source of its effects, claiming it himself can't quite explain how they works, or how it became aware of Foundation existance and SCP-███ location. He refuse to give further explanation on the subject since it claims that could face consequences by an unknown to Foundation group of people, or by an entity called "Re" beloning to this group (see Interview 15-3965).
Addendum 3965-01: The Foundation took possession of SCP-3965 in 19██, when Site-██ requested urgent deployment of MTF-Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" for a breach inside the facility by an unknown lethal treat. MTF-Alpha-1 engaged SCP-3965 that surrendered almost instantaneously and it has been immediately contained. Originally, SCP-3965 was classified as Keter SCP object due to the general panic it provoked in the whole Site. after the first examinations and Interview 1-3965 it has been reclassified as Safe.
