Description:
4257 has a human like form with some feline like features (foundation researchers found it is a Male). 4257 stands 2 meters tall.
It’s feline features include: claws, fangs, eyes with slit pupils, whiskers and has the ears of a cat. It’s sense’s are like a felis catus’s which are: night vision, hearing with the ability to hear in many different frequencies, acute sense of smell, it has the same ability of taste as a humans and it’s whiskers allow it to sense the dimensions of its surroundings.
It appears to be learning russian. Its strength is almost the same of humans.

A local resident reported a strange animal to local police. It took 3 days to find. It was found to be wounded by a bullet 5.56 round. The police described it to raggedy and bloody when the found it. It was in pile of trash and some type of organs when reported according to police and the resident who reported it. The traced it’s tracks to some type of research facility.Multiple residents had gone missing the local police suspected 4257 had killed them for food but there is no evidence of this.
