Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5016 must be contained in a 5 meter x 5 meter containment zone. The containment zone must be built using non-metal material. Only personnel with Level-2 clearance or above. Under no circumstances, anyone who enters SCP-5016’s Outer Containtment Zone carries smartphones, radio, or any other electronic devices. Any Recontainment Unit trying to recontain SCP-5016 must wear a full body aluminum foil covered suit. Under no circumstances there should be no more than 2 Personnel entering SCP-5016 Inner Containment Zone as this may trigger a EMP blast.

Description: SCP-5016 looks like a normal blue stress ball. SCP-5016 was found on a abandoned suburbian house in [REDACTED] after a continous report of EMP blast on the area. SCP-5016 can emmit a EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse)in a 1 kilometer to 10 kilometer radius. Any Area/Site containing SCP-5016 may have trouble with blackouts as SCP-5016’s EMP blast will result in a blackout. Any Area/Site containing SCP-5016 must be far from any civilization. Some reports say that SCP-5016 understands english. Even though it does not have any vocal organ, reports stated that SCP-5016 has been heard talking to itself when nobody is around. SCP-5016 have been done a X-Ray check, the result is just a empty ball with nothing inside. Some interview have been done with SCP-5016. SCP-5016 is currently contained in Site-██, located in [REDACTED].

SCP-5016: Just by blasting a EMP blast all over the Earth, 90% of life population will perish, the aftermath… will destroy Earth. You might have stopped our EMP blast, but you won’t stop us for a long time. One day, we will destroy Earth, every last life will die, until the very last dust.

Closing Statement: It seems like SCP-5016 is more than one entity contained in a blue ball. X-Ray data shows nothing inside the ball, and somehow the ball is also able to speak, or maybe THEY are able to speak. There are no different change of tones during the interview, it may come to a conclusion that SCP-5016 is a number of entity with the same voice. Further research are required to see who or what else is in that thing. Furthermore, more EMP protection are required to contain SCP-5016. We will keep a close eye on this one.

Addendum log:
Addendum 011-B: SCP-5016's EMP radius seems to grow each blast, further clearance restrction on SCP-5016 may occur. SCP-5016 current level is raised from Safe to Euclid. More research must be done.
Addendum 032-A: Following years upon research on SCP-5016, its EMP radius seems to reach 100 kilometer. This is supposed to be impossible within a year. According to reports, SCP-5016 have been spotted on [DATA EXPUNGED] several times. On the following day after the report, SCP-5016 is monitored by the Intelligence Agency upon the nearest Suburb town. On close examination, they spotted a [REDACTED] talking to SCP-5016. Upon search on record, that [REDACTED] is no where on the system. Further research are needed.
