Special Containment Procedures:
-SCP-2004 is contained in a section in site 28 specifically for the humanoid and its soldiers. The section is capable of shutting itself off completely from site 28 to ensure that 2004 does not attempt to kill any SCPs during a security breach. The area is heavily surveyed by security from mounted cameras in almost every room. A attempt to contain SCP-2004 when out of its designated area has not been attempted, because 2004 has always complied with all on site personnel. If 2004 is shown a picture a human female named █████ ███████, it will first become agitated and angry, but will slowly fall in a depressive state and can be contained at that time. This containment procedure has only been used unintentionally. Every time this procedure is used the severity decreases and will soon become ineffective to 2004.
Description:
-SCP-2004 is a 6 foot, caucasian humanoid male with unnatural strength and is capable of making any living thing feel mental emotions such as Fear,Love,Hate and many other things. Even though this humanoid has various different abilities SCP-2004 prefers to act tactical, using a marksman rifle and a pistol for a side arm to disable its enemy, it only uses its abilities if agitated or if overkilling an enemy. SCP-2004 cannot be killed. The humanoid has a unknown rapid healing process that makes it non-killable. if decapitated or if lost a limb, it will grow back between seconds to minutes. It seems that it can control how fast his body recovers. 2004 sometimes can prevent himself from recovering do die intentionally. Soon it will bring itself back alive and kill its unsuspecting enemy.
-SCP-2004 is capable of cloning itself to make soldiers that look exactly like it. These soldiers are NOT indestructible, they only have extraordinary strength and can be killed as a regular human. The clones are extremely obedient to SCP-2004, and will do anything it says without hesitation. If agitated enough SCP-2004 will increase its speed drastically. This humanoid seems to have the mentality of a human being but higher intellect, but it is capable of going into a depressive state. once it is in this state it acts more calm and only a few times does it ever come out of its "containment cell". 2004's Skin can only be seen through its balaclava. no one has seen 2004's full face, only its eyes.
-Lastly SCP-2004 has unknown origins, but the intentions of it is very clear. The humanoid was the leader of its clones making a large group called “The Bullards”. The group would travel all around north america killing murderers, drug lords, gangs, and much more. SCP-2004 states will ONLY take a life if it knows that the person or thing finds pleasure in killing innocent people. Researchers state that the humanoid loves killing things that are ‘evil’. 2004 will find someone or thing that pleasures killing people and terminates it, slowly and painfully. The more people a thing or person has killed;the more pleasure 2004 has killing it.
