Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX does not have a physical body. SCP-XXXX is an info hazard on the web, and because of that it cannot be fully contained, and the current procedures are to search the web for any instances of SCP-XXXX and take the images down.
Description:SCP-XXXX is an info hazard that appears to morph the affected face into what appears to be a comical smiley face. Those who are affected go into what they call “pure bliss” and appear to have glazed over eyes. The only way to remove this is to have some sort of amnestic, over class C. If a person is affected and somebody that is not affected tries to converse with them, they will go into an agitated state. Should this continue, SCP-XXXX-1 will start to violently [INFORMATION REDACTED] the subject. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 should be given amnestic immediately.
SCP-XXXX was first found on the dark web being sold as a sort of drug. People would be taking this to go into the bliss state, and wouldn’t come out. The seller, [INFORMATION REDACTED] seems to have a house in [INFORMATION EXPUNGED] and he has been taken into Foundation care.

Procedure:D/XXXX/1 will be placed in a concrete testing chamber. 2 Cameras were suited in this, with the monitor revealing SCP-XXXX out of view. D/XXXX/2 will be introduced to the room after he is D/XXXX/1 becomes SCP-XXXX-1.
Details: D/XXXX/1 is introduced to the room and is shown the image. After a few seconds of viewing the image, he comes an instance of SCP-XXXX. He mumbles to himself about pure bliss, as D/XXXX/2 is introduced into the room. The monitor is shut off, and SCP-XXXX-1 tries to convince D/XXXX/2 to see the image. When he learns there is no more image, he goes into a agitated state. He looks at D/XXXX/2 and raises his fist and slams it to the back of his head. Doing this instantly kills him. Once he is dead, SCP-XXXX-1 starts to [INFORMATION REDACTED] his body. Further testing with SCP-XXXX was forbidden.
