Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard 20m x 20m x 10 m cell with a chair, table, bookshelf, and clock. The cell should also be equiped with multiple forms of surveillance including not only cameras but also laser detection and pressure sensors. SCP-XXXX should not be let out of their containment chamber unless Dr. ██████, Dr. ███████, or personnel with site clearance level 2 or above allow so. Even if SCP-XXXX requests or even demands to be let out, do not. Refer to Addendum-1 for more information on the previous statement.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid figure approximately 1 meter in height. SCP-XXXX appearance resembles that of a child in a hooded cloak and wearing a mask. The cloak consists of fire like designs along the bottom and shoulder section and on the bottom of the hood. The mask is a simple oval shape with a semi circle hole resembling a smile and two plus-shaped holes for eyes. There is no physical body visible behind the mask and cloak. SCP-XXXX has the ability to levitate along with weak telekinesis. The figure is usually docile except in certain scenarios, where they use some sort of magic to [DATA EXPUNGED] the subjects, refer Addendum-2 for more information. SCP-XXXX is capable of speech and is quite talkative at times. Their pattern of speech seems persuasive and often manipulative, refer to Addendum-1 if not already.
Addendum-1: On February 23rd, ████, security cameras showed SCP-XXXX requested to the newer security guard on site to be let out. The entity explained that Dr. ██████ said that they were to be let out at this time, despite the fact Dr. ██████ claims to have never said such thing, along with footage showing no such statement was ever said. SCP-XXXX continued to make up a story that involved them being moved to a new cell for testing and that Dr. ██████ would be there shortly and was expecting them. The guard was skeptical at first but aided to SCP-XXXX's request and started to escort SCP-XXXX to the cell in which they specified. Accounts by others on site at the time reported muffled noise from a nearby test chamber. When Dr. ██████ returned to SCP-XXXX's original containment cell only to find that it was not there, more of Site-███'s guards were brought over. When they viewed the footage of SCP-XXXX, the guards rushed over to the test chamber they were last seen in. When they opened the cell doors, they found SCP-XXXX sitting against a wall, then proceeded to ask what took them so long to get there and open the doors. The only thing found in the test chamber was the security camera which seemed to be ripped off the wall. It's footage cut ended with the original guard on site getting mysteriously pulled into the chamber with SCP-XXXX and the doors closing behind them. From that point on SCP-XXXX is only to be let out if Dr. ██████, Dr. ███████, or personnel with site clearance level 2 or above allow it.
Addendum-2: On March 15th, ████, subject █████ and SCP-XXXX were left alone together in a test chamber for an extended period of time. At approximately ███am, the security camera feed got filled with bright red and screams could be heard from the containment chamber. By the time the guards on patrol arrived, the screaming had stopped and the red had disappeared from the security camera. There was no trace of SCP-XXXX or of subject █████. When guards went to search SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, they found them sitting at the table reading a book off the bookshelf. Further testing with SCP-XXXX being alone with D-class may be conducted in a test chamber with better surveillance.
