SCP-XXXX Out for Holiday Celebration

If someone wishes for a gift in temperatures above freezing or the person wishes more than once, an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 would be created and placed inside the box rather than the gift. SCP-XXXX-2 is a 5 pound, sentient piece of Anthracite capable of levitation and harmful actions, such as bludgeoning a person to death. Once an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 is created, the creature will spontaneously combust 5-50 seconds after the box is opened.
