Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5867 is to kept in a 6m × 7m cell, preferably by SCP-999. There should be 10mm of steel plating around the cell, any cracks should be reported immediately. SCP-5867 is not allowed any raw food, or any food that has blood. Any attempts to give SCP-5867 these types of foods should be met with full force and removal of personnel, and possible termination. SCP-5867 has made no requests for items.
Description: SCP-5867 is a petite female child, approximately between █-█, seemingly from Caucasian descent. She has pale skin in general, but the right arm is different from the left. The entity drags It's right arm on the ground, as it is too long to hold up. Attempts to find out what SCP-5867's arm is made of has resulted is casualties but also an answer. It's arm is a mixture of oak wood and rotten flesh. SCP-5867 has yellow Capra eyes, that don't seem to move despite It's wide line of sight. SCP-5867 Refers to itself as 'Hazel'.
It has been brought to attention by Agent ██████, who found the entity running around in the Forest. Attempts to discover where it came from has led to a laboratory where a cult seemingly did human experiments. SCP-5867 reacted once inside, and ran to a room that contained Subject 547, Which seemed to be a Neutralized female canid biped, approximately 3 meters in length. While Agent ██████ and Dr ████ were looking through the information of the experiments, they found out about SCP-5867 and what has happened, and who It was.
Level 4 Personnel are able to access this information, and must go to Dr ██████ for it.
While the specimen is humanoid, it's English is limited, and prefers to bark and growl instead of speak.
SCP-5867 seems docile, and cooperative in the 'normal' state, or 'State 1'.
When the SCP can smell, taste, or see blood, It enters 'State 2'. In this state, The Pupils dilate to approximately 7.m mm. It becomes enraged, gaining 4 (four) Times the normal male strength and agility. In front of It's normal, human teeth, It grows shark-like teeth. SCP-5867 will attempt to get to the area where the blood is/was. When It sees the blood, It will go for the nearest source of meat, and rip it apart, eating it.
