Description: Appears to be an adult caucasian male, 20-25 years of age and 169cm tall. Responds to the name 'Joe' and 'Yuri', prefers to call workers 'mommy'. It is perfectly capable of normal english speech but chooses not to do so except for calling workers 'mommy'. Nobody knows why it does this. The anomalous part is that this SCP was washed up at the SCP foundation multiple times, and attempts at neutralizing it have been very unsuccesful, since it seems to be resistant to everything we throw at it, but it also does not seem to want to injure anything or anyone.
