Special containment procedure: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be documented and stored in Foundation's database. Physical instances of SCP-XXXX is contained in a standard Anomalous Object Containment Locker in storage 999 at site 999. Instances of SCP-XXXX are reviewed once every 6 months by 2 Class 3 Foundation personnel for any useful information regarding safety protocol and containment procedure of existing SCPs.

Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be taken in foundation custody in 2 weeks, all of which have to go through interrogation, body examination to recover instances of SCP-XXXX and subsequently amnestied. SCP-XXXX-1's occupations and possession before the Foundation's custody must be extensively searched by field agents to recover any other instances of SCP-XXXX that haven't recovered in the above procedure.

Any SCP-XXXX-2 that comes to Foundation's attention must be sought and contained immediately as it poses an information breach to the public.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a collection of instructions, advice, notes, appearing to SCP-XXXX-1 upon encountering anomalous hazards through unidentified methods. SCP-XXXX instances are believed to manifest to SCP-XXXX-1 before or during life-threatening anomalous events under various means. Instruction provided by SCP-XXXX has a considerable amount of accuracy and effective means for SCP-XXXX-1 to escapes, survive, and subdue the existing threat.

The conditions for SCP-XXXX to appear before SCP-XXXX-1 has been varied but after reviewed, it is concluded as follows:

1. SCP-XXXX-1 must have no prior experiences with abnormal occurrences.
2. The events in which SCP-XXXX manifested must be the first time SCP-XXXX has experienced with.(see Addendum XXXX 2)
3. There must be no connection between SCP-XXXX-1 with any existing GOI or any Foundation's personnel with the exception of D-Class personnel.

SCP-XXXX-2 is the supposed author of SCP-XXXX. Information regarding SCP-XXXX-2 is limited and the Foundation currently possesses no means to track or communicate with the entity.

Addendum XXXX-1: Discovery of SCP-XXXX:
SCP-XXXX is first bought to Foundation's attention in the 1970s. After multiple similar accounts of civilian³ receiving anomalous help during anomalous activities included but now limited to cult activities, containment breach of various SCPs, encounters with hostile entities or GOIs. And after the event of Salt lake water, in which more than 35 civilians appear unharmed, SCP-XXXX had its designation.
