Special Containment Procedures: Recovered SCP-5100-A instances are to be contained at Area-17 for questioning regarding the nature of SCP-5100-B. SCP-5100-B-1 reviewed by foundation personnel along with an instance of SCP-5100-A. SCP-5100-B is to be monitored for any sign of progression, and is to be mitigated via force (although indirect).
In the event SCP-5100-B reaches point State:CRITICAL-O23-5100 or relationship.5100.O1 < 0.3, foundation personnel are to disrupt the anomaly by using the chosen spacial dimensional anomaly (see Procedure ALOID-ROBO-5100). SCP-5100-A instances are to be returned into SCP-5100-B after questioning is completed, or studied further if needed.
No less than (1) 5100-A instance is to be kept at Armed Dimensional Area-17 for complete study regarding the anatomical nature of itself. Under no circumstances is an SCP-5100-A instance or SCP-5100-B (or B-1) allowed to be attacked directly with force, unless waived by the O5 council. SCP-5100 -B is to remain within South-East Antarctica and kept secret as part of agreement with SCP-5100-B-1.
Personnel who are transferred into SCP-5100-B-1 via an SCP-5100-A instance are to be considered lost, no attempts to retrieve personnel will be made by foundation personnel.
Embedded hidden liaisons situated within SCP-5100-B are to deliver information back to Armed Dimensional Area-17 regarding the updates within SCP-5100-B and B-1, along with any hidden documents or the current objective of SCP-5100-B.
Once every year, personnel disguised as an SCP-5100-A instance are to journey into SCP-5100-B. Used for extra retrieval of information when needed, (disguised) personnel are to study SCP-5100-B-1 's goals. In the event that a goal is confirmed as hostile, (either indirectly or directly towards human life) embedded forces will attempt to actively "push" away goals, and inflict damage onto progress.
In the event that SCP-5100-B-1 recognizes human interference to be the cause of destruction within the progression into a given goal, personnel are to safely retreat back into foundation custody. Termination of SCP-5100-B is not to be attempted under any circumstances. Hostility from SCP-5100-B-1 is not to be met with force, and is to be ignored. Attempts to mitigate hostility will also be attempted by foundation personnel.
As per agreement with the O5 council: One every year, SCP-5100-B's council and the O5 council will meet indirectly via an unknown device and investigate the relationship. Agreements and discussions may also be held regarding a certain topic.
Expunging of information regarding the existence of SCP-5100-A and B is to be done with agreement from SCP-5100-B's council.

Description: SCP-5100 refers to the designation of a collection of anomalous entities and structures, located within South-East Antarctica.
SCP-5100-A refers to a collection of humanoid robots. These instances have a screen on a round head, which can display ascii characters depicting emotions. SCP-5100-A's outer layer is made of polished metal painted in various colors, typically grey, white, or black. SCP-5100-A are able to speak English (via an unknown speaker), but usually prefers the literacy of another language. Instances typically display an extremely high level of intellect, far beyond the norm of human civilization. SCP-5100-A have been shown to build highly complex structures, along with perception of "inexplicable feelings". SCP-5100-A are considered to be somewhat sapient, and highly sentient. SCP-5100-A currently has no recollection of how it was formed/created and subsequently do not know how it's anomalous properties formed. It has also been shown that SCP-5100-A requires no power, and will run indefinitely regardless of thermodynamics. Along with this, SCP-5100-A does not appear to break down and remains fully functional at all times. SCP-5100-A also proves to be incapable of incapacitation or unconsciousness, and the anomalies "inner body" (SCP-5100-A's functionality) appear to be indestructible, as only it's outer part has been observed to be removed to reveal it's inner body. Study of SCP-5100-A's inner body is still ongoing.
SCP-5100-B refers to the civilization formed via SCP-5100-A. SCP-5100-B is currently approximately 250~300 kilometers, and contains a population of roughly 10,000,000 SCP-5100-A instances. SCP-5100-B holds a form of currency known to the civilization as "Instale", with an estimated value of 1 Instale ~ 93 cents. SCP-5100-B houses many human-like elements, such as stores, or houses. However, SCP-5100-B contains a much higher level of civilization, estimated to be a 2.87 on the Kardashev scale. Despite this, SCP-5100-B does not attempt to colonize other planets. The reason for this is currently thought to be due to infinite energy storage, as SCP-5100-B has never been observed to need any "power generation" objects such as power plants. SCP-5100-B maintains a constant temperature of 69-70 Deg. Fahrenheit, and fluctuates at irregular intervals. However, no animal has been observed within SCP-5100-B, even when houses are dispersed over long distances.
SCP-5100-B-1 refers to a specific company designated "The Defensive Anomalous Containment Center (DACC)". SCP-5100-B-1 attempts to secretly run within SCP-5100-B, although does not attempt to expunge information from SCP-5100-B. However, SCP-5100-B-1 does attempt to expunge information from other forms of life, either biological or non-biological (as long as the latter is not an SCP-5100-A instance). SCP-5100-B-1 is not widely known, and is still currently being investigated by foundation personnel. It is known however that SCP-5100-B-1 has a similar main goal with the foundation, that is to contain anomalies for protection. Due to SCP-5100-B-1's curious nature, B-1 attempts to kidnap personnel. The cause of this is unknown, and is still being investigated.
Addendum 5100.1: Recovered Documents (5100-B-1)
Context: Found after a search within SCP-5100-B by foundation personnel.

Containment: Secured in a bunker in a unknown location.
Anomaly: The object is a unremarkable cardboard box. Displays no dangerous anomalous properties besides the instantaneous relocation of a ball and instantaneous disappearance from within and out of the box.
Context: Recovered within South-West Antarctica approximately 2 kilometers North of SCP-5100-B anomaly.
FOT: Update
We searched the civilization Beta-12 C-14 (SCP Foundation) and recovered a document of ourselves. Searched and recovered TOP-SECRET SCP Foundation information documents, and recovered an "O5 Council" document. Breached Memetic-Hazards and snatched a few anomalies. SCP Foundation seems to be containing entities.
However, SCP Foundation appears to be anomalous in that all personnel die within <=120 years. Creating document for SCP Foundation.
Edit: Studied whole mammal species, found all entities within said species die within <=120 years. Remake of AC completed.
