Item: S.C.P-4211
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: All instances of S.C.P 4211-1 must be contained in a 2 m x 2 m jar till they become S.C.P 4211-2. There, they will be contained in a 10m x 10m x 10m room with a pool of water near the entrance of the containment zone. Only level 3 or higher clearance is to only enter the zone and approved tests. All personnel must be heavily equipped and must not leave any place for entrance of S.C.P 4211. If S.C.P-4211-2 breaches containment all staff are to have a D-Class personnel near them at all times as bait and, once caught is to return to the containment zone as food for S.C.P 4211-2. If S.C.P-4211-2 containment zone has more than 30 S.C.P-4211-2’s, the extras are to be terminated at once so the containment zone doesn't overflow.
Note: There has been a proposal to use S.C.P 4211-2 to terminate D-class who survive testing with other SCPs. The proposal was accepted, so now all staff can enter heavy containment to terminate D-Class Personnel.
Description: S.C.P-4211 is a species of leech that is unknown to man. They have a body similar to the species of creature known as the Lamprey, except for a few differences. The eyes on S.C.P-4211 are in fact non organic, for they are made of a substance similar to stone and are confirmed to be blind, relying on smell, where the nose is close to the mouth. They have a sharp hook on the end of its tail in use of latching onto its victim. The mouth can be closed and opened at will like most creatures mouths. They also can stay on land for long periods of time as long as they have made contact to any type of liquid like substances.
S.C.P-4211 usually lives in swamps in large groups, making gurgling sounds after a large amount of food has been eaten. They tein to have bones of their victims near water holes holding S.C.P-4211.
The life stages of S.C.P-4211 are classified as S.C.P-4211-1, S.C.P-4211-2, or S.C.P-4211-3. The first stage,S.C.P-4211-1 looks like a regular leech that is around 1 inch, and is non lethal.
S.C.P-4211-2 is the adult stage of S.C.P-4211. While full grown males are around 10”, females are around 1’ in length. S.C.P-4211-3 is the final stage of their lifespan, and immediately turn to fertilizer after death. They last around 2,ooo years, due to fossils found in the area where S.C.P 250 was recovered.
When S.C.P-4211 finds a sustainable meal, A.K.A an animal's intestines, S.C.P-4211 will enter the nearest hole in the victim's body and begin feeding of all body fluids till they are fully drained, in the case of a female, will lay her eggs in the victim's body till they hatch, then they will feast of what remains of the victim. If S.C.P-4211 remains in the body for too long, the body's skin surrounding all holes in a body will turn a blackish color.
Test log:
Researcher: Dr. Bright
Subject: D-4321
Purpose: For Analysis
The Test: Dr. Bright asks Class-D-4321 to enter the containment chamber of S.C.P-4211. He enters without fear or hesitation, however, he soon quickly starts panicking when S.C.P-4211-2 start latching on to him and entering his body through his ear and mouth. After around 17 entered his body, he died, then all S.C.P-4211 immediately ate his remains till there was only bones
